Un grande ringraziamento ai proprietari del residence Settsass per averci dato la possibilità di soggiornare per una settimana nell’appartamento Sassongher insieme ai nostri 2 amici a quattro zampe ???? Locali di recente ristrutturazione, ben curati , forniti ed arredati, molto puliti e sufficientemente spaziosi , posizione ottima, vicino al centro ma tranquilla. La signora Shabnam ed il marito Alex molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità ed informazione. Grazie davvero ..è stata una bellissima esperienza. A rivederci …

Modern appartements in the heart of Dolomites
Residence Settsass is located in the centre of Colfosco right next to Sassongher mountain. You can access hiking trails literally from your door step. Appartements are modern, fully equiped, clean and cosy. Staff is friendly and speaks atleast English, German and Italian. Staff didn’t try to push any services but where really helpfull with everything we were looking for. Even though it is near the village centre the neighbourhood is very peacefull.

Our stay at the Settsas Reaidence in the picturesque Colfosco was nothing short of remarkable. Right from the start, the 1-bedroom apartment I rented stood out with its freshness and contemporary design. The use of high-quality materials in the apartment added a luxurious touch, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. One of the many conveniences offered by Settsas was the free parking facility. This added an element of ease to my trip, allowing me to explore the Dolomites without any parking hassles. The staff at Settsas truly made my experience memorable. Their unique attire not only reflected the local culture but also added to the charm of the hotel. Their warm and familial attitude made me feel like I was part of their family, rather than just a guest. The hotel administrator deserves special mention for her exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly welcoming and provided a wealth of useful advice about places to visit in the area, which greatly enriched our travel experience. Another aspect of Settsas that I greatly appreciated was the flexible check-out time. It allowed me to enjoy my last day without feeling rushed, a rarity in hotel experiences. Lastly, the proximity of Settsas to the ski lifts was a major advantage. It made accessing the slopes effortless, enhancing my overall experience in the Dolomites. In conclusion, Settsas is a true gem in Colfosco, offering a blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. It’s a place where you arrive as a guest but leave feeling like family.

Great location, friendly staff, specious rooms and equipped for self-service, beautiful hiking trails. Since we visited in early October 2023, off season time, limited number of open restaurants and public activities. Since it was not specifically posted on the ******* description, we were surprised with lack of basic amenities such as salt, coffee, dishes soap, kitchen paper towels, shampoo etc. Highly recommended and be prepared.

Residence molto confortevole : appartamento accogliente , arredato benissimo , bagno stupendo e in generale molto spazioso e funzionale . I titolari sono di una gentilezza squisita . Per chi vuole avventuratasi nel parapendio può rivolgersi ad Alex . Struttura particolarmente adatta a chi ha animali . Io ho portato due cani e mi sono trovata benissimo! A due passi da negozi , mini market e pizzeria/ ristorante . Parcheggio macchina-a due passi con possibilità di scaricare e caricare i bagagli con comodità, parcheggiando vicino all’ingresso. Posto tranquillissimo non trovandosi sulla strada principale . Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo. Da provare assolutamente.
