Wundersch?nes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück in dem familiengeführten Hotel. Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder.

H?tel dans une vieille batisse coloniale avec beaucoup de charme où un ascenseur poussif aide à monter les bagages. Personnel attentif. Grande chambre avec salle de bains ( baignoire et douche). Seul bémol pour moi : le petit déjeuner bien mais sans choix possible.(servi à table) H?tel se trouvant à un carrefour

A bit of a trip back in time, this hotel has a bit of old world charm.
Good location for the river path walk which leads to a night market (10 minute walk roughly).
Breakfast was great, all done fresh.

This was the only hotel I ever stayed at in Pakse, so don't have a way to compare it to other places, but it was priced as high or higher than most other places in town. Setup was a little strange, felt like someone's home that got converted to a hotel. Also felt like it wasn't originally designed as a 5 story building but rather that floors were subsequently added. Staff speaks little to no English with the exception of one older lady that seemed to be translating for everyone. The breakfast room at the top floor was nicely setup with beautiful river view. Breakfast was basic but nice. My room was a little dated and very basic. It had everything I needed, just everything felt super old. Curtains couldn't be properly closed all the way and the room could not be kept dark in the mornings. I also had a problem with ants in the bathroom, in my toothpaste, my shaving cream and on the towels. Overall not a bad place to stay, but when I return to Pakse I will probably try some other hotels before returning to this property.?

Central and within walking distance of the center of town. Also booked a van at the hotel to travel there and back from the ancient Khmer Temple of Wat Phou about 1.5hrs away. and the Bolaven Plateau. Owner operated and owner's brother has a coffee plantation and a cafe right next to the hotel.

Friendly staffs and nice service. The property is clean. Good atmosphere.

H?tel de style colonial, affaire familiale, personnel très sympathique et attentionné, disponible, à l'écoute. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Tres bon petit déjeuner.

Formidable- Exceptionnel
Résidence extraordinaire, accueil formidable par la propriétaire et les collaborateurs. Un service de qualité et individualisé. Les chambres sont très propres, spacieuses, avec balcon, décorées avec beaucoup de go?t. Calme. Très bon petit déjeuner. On est revenu après 10 jours, le serveur connaissait encore nos go?ts et souhaits pour le petit déjeuner ?? incroyable. A recommander sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons.
