The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They treated us like a family. They greeted us with tea and delicious cookies. The information they provided to us made our trip easy. Their room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. The breakfast was awesome. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to whoever visits Fes.
The Riad itself is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful, with a courtyard with orange trees in the centre. This was our first stay at the Riad Alya. The room was amazing. The staff are so helpful and kind, and more than happy to help with any request and they really make you feel like family! The breakfast is delicious and you'll be able to have a wide selection of Moroccan dishes. The location of the Riad is also great, as it's easy to get to all of the main sites in Fes, and also easy to be dropped off/picked up.

Moroccan Architecture and Traditional Stay
I am happy with my stay , I was really looking for a traditional Moroccan place to stay and Ryad Alya did not disappoint. The architecture is very traditional and I can feel the local tradition in my stay. They also served the best traditional Moroccan breakfast and Idris was so nice to wait for me for my late check in and also for providing me good breakfast himself. I recommend this place in your next trip and they also have a transfer from the airport or from the train to this place.
