Un Riad precioso con una ubicación perfecta. Habitaciones amplias y muy confortables. Un trato exquisito por parte del personal en todo momento. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

Ik kreeg een paar dagen tevoren (via de app) door dat de geboekte kamer niet beschikbaar was. Ze zouden een kamer naast hun hun hotel voor 1 dag regelen. Na lang zoeken vond ik het adres. Ben met grote koffer en 2 kleine koffer van Riad naar Riad gelopen met de dame. Want de Riad Hotel wat beloofd was, had geen kamer. De prijs van de andere Riad Kamer was veel minder ( € 106, per nacht). Ik had voor Riad Anais Hotel 6 dagen geboekt. Per nacht € 185,--. Maar kreeg het verschil niet terug. Verder, zag ik dat medewerkers van andere Riad Kamers, de mensen kwamen ophalen of zoeken in de doolhof van straten. Riad Anais stuurde alleen maar apps!!!! hoe ik moest lopen. Het zou een luxe kamer zijn. Nee dus. Geen koelkast, waterkoker of koffie op de kamer. Ok en ook geen tv. Riad Anais hotel, kamer te duur. Service om je op te halen was slecht. Weinig voorziening. Een rit van Rias Anais naar Airport (8 km) kost € 25,--. bij het hotel. Op straat taxi genomen voor € 10,--. Ben geweest van 11 nov 2024 voor 1 week.

This hotel was really the best! The manager was extremely welcoming and hospitable when my brother and I had no accommodation in Marrakesh and was very patient with us. We were brought tea and soup and were made to feel right at home after a stressful day of travelling. The riad is absolutely beautiful and the rooms and comfortable and spacious. The staff were truly amazing and super friendly. If you are planning on visiting Marrakesh, I highly recommend this riad for your stay!

Riad muy acogedor , muy limpio y céntrico; cerca de la plaza y otros monumentos. La terraza de arriba estaba muy bien decorada. Buenos desayunos y muy variados. El personal del Riad fue muy amable y nos atendieron muy bien con todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estancia. Muy recomendable!

Beautiful Riad located in a very convenient part of the Medina. The room was lovely, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower had good pressure! The roof terrace was also great, with amazing sun rises and sun sets. Walid who welcomed was extremely helpful. Fantastic value would highly recommend a stay here.

Me and my friend had a amazing experience in Marrakech, we are so glad to booked this Riad . Was so much option to book and I booked the right one .Well we arrived in Morocco and we just felt special, everyone treated us very good , the people in the Riad are so polite and friendly. Simon and his staff are so friendly… the Riad are so beautiful with the Morocco decorations exactly like the pictures , the room was so clean and comfortable and quiet .We had dinner there , the food was very taste and delicious. The breakfast was completely delicious with traditional food and many options. I have not words enough to say thank you . Was my first time there and I didn’t planned things to do Simon gave me so many information about places to go, all the places was incredible , I would like to back to Marrakech and explore more was a suck good experience and for sure I’ll stay in the Riad again . Thank you guys

Mi esposa y yo pasamos un tiempo increíble en Marrakech alojándonos en este riad después de que Walid nos ayudara a reservar este lugar. El personal de Walid, como siempre, no podría haber sido más encantador y servicial. Cuando llegamos del aeropuerto nos recibieron con té de menta y nos dieron mucha información útil. La aplicación que nos dieron para los mapas funcionó muy bien, lo que significa que pudimos encontrar fácilmente el camino a través de la concurrida medina sin problemas. Walid nos dio el Wi-Fi y sus números en caso de que tuviéramos algún problema. El desayuno fue súper encantador y muy generoso y Tahir, incluso la se?ora, hizo todo lo posible para prepararnos un desayuno increíble, lo cual fue muy apreciado y la habitación era más de lo que esperábamos, nada que decir más que el cielo en la tierra. En general, recomendaría este riad a todos. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y seguros. Gracias Walid, hasta pronto.

Mon séjour dans ce Riad fut une découverte inou?e ! J'ai passé 2 nuitées dans ce Riad somptueux dont l'accueil, la propreté... étaient typiques et impeccables . Simo nous fait découvrir les particularités de la ville ocre, sans hésiter à prodiguer des conseils précieux ( Restos... endroits branchés... visites...). La literie est super confortable d'où se dégage un parfum exotique et exquis. Un Riad bien entretenu, le personnel au sourire radieux, les plats sont succulents .. Je recommande vivement pour tous types de séjour.

Un magnifique séjour dans ce ryad intimiste au c?ur de la Médina. Nous avons apprécié le calme du lieu. Bien que situé dans la Médina, nous nous sentions dans un véritable havre de paix une fois à l’intérieur du ryad. Il est situé de manière idéale à mi-chemin de la place Jamaa El Efna, du jardin majorelle et du quartier de Gueliz pour la partie moderne. Tous ces endroits se situent dans un rayon de 20 mn à pied ce qui permet de varier les visites au quotidien. Il est également très proche de commerces, cafés et restaurants. Le ryad est d’un grand raffinement, décoré avec soin et un soucis des finitions. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Douche agréable, bonne pression et eau bien chaude. Le personnel est très agréable et discret tout en se montrant aux petits soins à la moindre demande. Ce fut un réel plaisir de loger dans ce ryad et nous ne pouvons que le recommander. Je garde cette adresse pour tout voyage à Marrakech à l’avenir.
