Good day. We stayed at your Riad a few weeks ago. The Riad is beautiful and charming and gives you sense of what old Fes was like. We left early in the morning before breakfast. I want to thank you for your excellent hospitality and the breakfast pack you gave us. It was unexpected and most appreciated. Everything about our stay was incredible. Thank you to everyone at Riad Bacthiserai.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Batchisarai! The place is breathtakingly beautiful and we even received a free upgrade of our room. Breakfast is wonderful and the view of the city from the veranda can’t be beat! Dominique was welcoming, helpful and kind. And Mahmoud went above and beyond at every step to ensure that trip was memorable. We can’t wait to return and would recommend it to anyone visiting Fes!

Beautiful riad and so wonderfully placed in the Medina. The breakfast was excellent and the staff so friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting an exceptional experience.

Our stay at Riad Batchisarai was phenomenal. From the start, they helped us with our bags upon arrival (we had quite a few bags too as we were traveling for a month), gave us water and snacks, and made us feel at home. The owner, Dominique, was exceptional. I've never met such a kind hearted welcoming person who truly cared about our stay. My husband and I came twice before to Fes and by far this was our favorite Riad (we only wish we stayed sooner!) The rooms are aesthetically beautiful with carefully picked pieces that showed the owner really cared about the experience. The riad staff went above and beyond for us. I had hurt my ankle and one of the staff members went out and got me an ankle bracelet right away. I honestly was blown away by their hospitality. We hope to return again soon! Thank you again Dominique!

Ein wirklich sch?nes Riad mit ursprünglichen Charakter und einer wahnsinnig schonen Aussicht auf die Medina von der Dachterrassen aus. Dominique und sein Team sind super freundlich und immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle.
