I went to Morocco last June with my family for 12 days all around the country, the agency booked this Riad for us in Fez for two nights and it’s really amazing, the staff was nice and friendly, our rooms were large and smelled good.

Excellent location with a great rooftop view of the medina. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good.

This Hotel is so wonderful. The staff specially, MohMmad is excellent. If possible eat at this hotel itself. Everything is locally prepared. Food is excellent. We had meals everywhere in Morocco, but nothing like this hotel. Very very clean hotel. Ambiance is good ??

Probably the only good riad we went to in all of Morocco! The place is stunning, and the service is very good. The breakfast is ok, not amazing (a bit on the smaller side), and though it's a bit difficult to find it inside the Medina, it is well located. There is a palace next door where you can get amazing dinner. We had two bathrooms in our room, one with a broken shower, and the other one didn't have enough hot water for the three of us. And it really surprised because they actually fixed the broken shower for us! I've never seen a hotel fixing an structural issue so quickly, so of course I must give it a good review. If you could just improve the breakfast, it would be 5 stars. Ah! The internet was on the bad side.

Riad stupendo..di charme. colazione e cena ottimi, personale gentilissimo, proprietario simpatico. Grande professionalità del personale. Struttura bellissima..ho già la nostalgia. Grazie davvero per l ospitalità. Camera in stile molto suggestiva.

It’s was a great stay .I had a delicious meal either the dinner or the breakfast.I would like to thank the great stuff too they were very serviceable & polite people.. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to come to visit fez.

A destacar del lugar la atención de todo el personal y por supuesto la elegancia del edificio, una antigua casa excelentemente conservada y ambientada para dar un buen descanso a los visitantes de Fez, a mi gusto esta muy bien ubicada muy cerca a un parqueo publico para vehículos y a una puerta de entrada a la medina. La habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda nos ayudo a tener un excelente descanso luego de estar todo el día paseando por la medina, desde la terraza vas a tener unas hermosas vistas hacia la ciudad, el desayuno bastante bueno para empezar el día y la cena espectacular con platos típicos a elección. Si estas buscando un buen riad en Fez este es tu lugar.

Este Riad esta muy bien conservado y ambientado para ofrecer un excelente servicio, la atención de todo el equipo fue de primer nivel. La ubicación es muy buena muy cerca a un parqueo de vehículos y a una de las puertas de entrada a la medina por lo que llegar con seguridad no es un gran problema. La habitación estuvo muy cómoda, además gigante así que te da una idea de los lujos y placeres que tenían los antiguos due?os de estas casonas en su época. La comida del restaurante espectacular muy deliciosa y el desayuno muy bueno así que te recomiendo este Riad en tu visita a Fez.

Excelente alojamiento, ubicado en un sitio privilegiado, junto a todos los lugares de interés. El riad es un sitio cálido, y tradicional. Las habitaciones típicas, son acogedoras y las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Ba?o con agua caliente. La limpieza un 10! La comida y la atención, ha sido excelente. Me han atendido como a una reina, y han estado siempre a disposición, por cualquier cosa que necesitara. Desde recepción hasta los camareros, han sido muy simpáticos y amables. Recomiendo este alojamiento al 100%!
