This Riad was excellent. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by big smile and very friendly staff. The room was spotless and very authentic looking. We wanted to experience Riad and this place did not disappoint. We had a great time and highly recommend this place.

Riad Hizad is a serene oasis in the heart of Marrakech, blending traditional Moroccan charm with modern comfort. The staff are wonderfully warm and attentive, and the rooftop terrace is a dream. Don’t miss the homemade breakfast, freshly baked breads, local honey, and juices served with breathtaking views. My wife and I had a truly fabulous time!

I gather that you can buy a review on this website , but what I am about to say are my thoughts on our stay in Riad Hizad .. First of all I would like to remind you all that an earth quake devastated parts of Marrakech and the scars are still there ..Riad Hizad has thankfully not been affected by it because it was build in the last 10 years with ample charm . When you arrive you are welcomed by the owner Isabelle . She is SO helpful and can offer multitudes of suggestions for lunch , dinners, shows , you name it! I am sure she is a kind of AI of Marrakech . The Riad itself consists of the main house , with 5 bedrooms all located around the courtyard and then the TERRACE ( there is one more situated next to the next garden ) . This is a wonderful place to spend time for breakfast and in the evening when you come back from the madness of the outside world . It is truly peaceful , with bird sounds and the obvious call for payer . The plunge pool is perfectly located , where normally you would find the pool on the ground floor of the Riad in the shade and away from the terrace ( and the heat), With Riad Hizad it is part of the terrace ready to welcome you when ever you need ( and you will ) cooling! We had the Red suite , which had a large sitting area , a nice , but firm king size bed , Ample storage space and a magnificent bathroom . The whole atmosphere of the suite was charming ,peaceful ( I slept 8h straight it never happens !! ) and romantic . The staff are an other side of this story . They are so kind and helpful , ready to help and responsif to your needs. THE Location of the Riad Hizad is perfect if you want to be 5 minutes from all the stalls you can imagine .You can travel by foot , Tuk Tuk and the Taxi pick up point is circa 5 minutes walk . SO PORFECT LOCATION . Finally if I had to rate my experience at Riad Hizad would be 11 out of 10 . The reason for choosing a Riad is to have a much more intimate experience , where quantity is replace by quality . If you want a taste of Marrakech stay in Riad Hizad . Un endroit magnifique, dans la médina près de tout . Une piscine sur le toit . Isabelle la propriétaire est adorable et connais très bien Marrakech et ses arnaques ! Avant de réserver une activité demandez lui son avis . Un énorme merci à Sahna pour ses attentions et sa bienveillance. Tout le monde est adorable. Un conseil : allez y pour vivre un moment inoubliable.

Absolutely superb. Honestly cannot fault anything about Riad Hizad. We stayed four nights in July and could not have been better cared for. All the staff, Sana, Hamza and Said were beyond thoughtful and attentive. Everything was clean and well looked after and the location is fantastic. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Nous avons passé un moment incroyable au Riad Isa. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, ce qui facilite vraiment les déplacements et les découvertes. Un immense merci à Isabelle, une h?tesse exceptionnelle, toujours disponible, réactive et attentionnée. Son sens du service est irréprochable ! Le riad est d’une propreté exemplaire, décoré avec go?t et très confortable. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisi

Riad curato nei minimi dettagli dalla proprietaria Isabel e il suo ottimo staff. Bellissima la stanza arredata con gran gusto come tutto il Riad Un angolo di paradiso il terrazzo con piscina dove abbiamo cenato divinamente due sere. Per tutto il soggiorno siamo stati seguiti ottimamente ,in ogni nostra necessità, sia dalla proprietaria che da Said

Je lis énormément de commentaires positifs voire dithyrambiques sur ce Riad, je ne peux que m'y associer. Idéalement situé, ous sommes dans le calme absolu à cinq minutes de la place des Epices et 10 de la place Jemaa El Fna. Propreté impecable, les chambres sont superbes. Belle terrase également sur laquelle la petite piscine est un vrai plus. Concernant le personnel, Sa?d et Sana sont également régulièrement cités, ils le méritent largement. Toutefois, c'est bien l'ensemble du personnel qui doit être remercié car tous sont formidables. Ici tout est fait pour vous aider et rendre le séjour agréable. Un mot enfin sur la nourriture cuisinée sur place : deux diners pris au calme sur la terrasse, c'est bien au Riad que nous avons eu les meilleurs repas de tout le séjour et, de très loins le meilleur rapport qualité/prix. Conclusion : vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!!
