L’accueil de Sanaa est parfait, le lieu, les espaces communs sont magnifiques, de bas en haut , tout est splendide. Notre chambre supérieure, au premier étage était spacieuse et agréable à vivre avec son coin salon. La salle de bain a un endroit de rangement pratique et bien pensé. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. La sortie de la climatisation sous la fenêtre de la chambre, c’est dommage d’avoir ce bruit - là.

A very lovely riad, operated by lovely people. They care, and the room we were in was perfect. Thank you to Sena in particular for making our stay comfortable. Charming in every way. Sena is so thoughtful and helpful. She even offered to go to the pharmacy for me when I was feeling unwell.

A recently converted riad and benefits from that. Room very comfortable and with excellent facilities. Great shower, gel and shampoo. Service by Sana and all the team outstanding. Breakfast very tasty and well presented. A very pleasant stay.

We stayed one night. The Riyad is deep in the Medina and can be hard to find, but they will send someone to bring you from the parking. Rooms are comfortable, well decorated in traditional Moroccan style and eclectic. Nice hot showers. Delicious breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed our stay, only issue is managing getting luggage from parking to the Riyad because it is a long walk, but they are very helpful and nice.

We stayed in a tiny room where we had to walk sideways because it was so narrow. Also the internet was spotty and the television didn’t work. The stairs up to the bedroom were very steep. Other than that it was cute and had everything else.

Dormire insieme alle formiche! Allora viaggio molto e comprendo spesso, ma fare una sfacchinata con i bagagli per arrivare a questo hotel passando per la Medina a 800 metri dal più vicino parcheggio e passare in un punto sporco puzzolente con pantegane accompagnatrici e un po troppo!! Arrivati altre scale molto ripide e pagamento immediato 108 € per avere una camera con soppalco piccola e soffocante letto alla francese incastrato tra le 2 pareti per salirci toccava gattonare dalla pediera, esausti andiamo in piscina sul l'ultimo piano altra scarpinata, per chiedere una bibita occorreva scendere la vetta e risalire una fatica!! Personale gentile comunque, la notte non abbiamo più dormito intorno alle 3 del mattino avvertiamo un fastidio sulla pelle e ci accorgiamo di essere circondati sul letto e a terra da piccoli insetti sembrano formiche, ho dovuto distaccare il letto dalla parete e gettare a terra deodoranti ma erano un esercito, non abbiamo chiesto il cambio in piena notte per non dover rifare valigie e quant'altro, abbiamo aspettato la colazione, Misera per andarcene, SINCERAMENTE ci siamo trovati male.

Beautiful foyer at this riad. It didn't look like anything from the outside but step in, and it's a totally different experience altogether. Service and hospitality was excellent. We only stayed a night but that night we had very deep restful sleep. Bed was comortable, room was dark. In the morning, you can see the lady preparing the breakfast from scratch. She did it with so much love. The traditional spread of moroccon breakfast was delicious and generous!
