Our stay at Riad La Perle De La Médina began with a few logistical challenges upon arrival and some issues during our stay. These were addressed directly with both the property and *******, and we appreciate the efforts made to resolve them. With that behind us, we feel it’s more meaningful to focus on the individuals and aspects that truly shaped our experience.
What stood out most was the dedication of the manager, Omar. Once aware of our concerns, he went well beyond what should reasonably be expected of one person—consistently checking in, listening attentively, and doing everything within his control to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. His professionalism, care, and genuine desire to make things right had a meaningful impact on our time there.
It was clear that Omar was often compensating for broader operational gaps, and his efforts deserve strong recognition and institutional support. With improved systems and additional support in place, his commitment and capability could be even more effectively realized.
Another highlight of the riad is its excellent proximity to the Medina, which greatly enhanced our visit and made exploring Fes both easy and enjoyable.
While our stay had its challenges, Omar’s dedication and the riad’s location near the Medina were significant positives. His hard work did not go unnoticed and is sincerely appreciated.

Bewertungen sind VIEL zu positiv. Ist ein Riad das dringend Renovationen ben?tigt, Heizung veraltert, Badezimmer schmudelig, Fruhstück m?ssig. Sehr positiv ist OMAR der Manager, gibt sich grosse Muhe - dank Omar haben wir es 3 Tage dort ausgehalten.

Siamo stati ospiti di questo riad per 3 notti ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. Siamo stati accolti con calore e gentilezza dai ragazzi che lo gestiscono. Certo, l'ambiente è lontano dal gusto occidentale, anche troppo pomposo, ma respiri l'aria del Marocco autentico. Ottime le colazioni sempre varie e abbondanti e buone le cene, unica pecca non poter scegliere, ma in fondo abbiamo assaggiato sempre piatti locali, veri e preparati con cura. Importante: non è adatto a persone con problemi di deambulazione perché ci sono molte scale da fare. Tenetene conto al momento della prenotazione

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Omar, qui a été très gentil et généreux durant notre séjour à La Perle de la Medina, nous donnant des conseils, plaisantant avec nous, nous offrant du thé à la menthe, des gourmandises, des bouteilles d'eau. Le lieu est très beau, lumineux et chaleureux. Le patio central, dans lequel on nous a offert un thé à la menthe de bienvenue, est très agréable et magnifique. Nous sommes restés dans la suite royale, offrant un lit double confortable et deux lits simples pour les enfants, un salon, une salle de bain avec une grande baignoire d'angle. L'un des lits simples était trop dur pour nous, aussi nous avons dormi à trois dans le grand lit, ce qui ne nous a pas posé problème parce qu'il était suffisamment grand. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et différents chaque matin : pain, patisseries locales, cakes, omelette, confitures, miel, thé à la menthe, café, lait. Nous avons aussi testé le restaurant du riad le premier soir, mais nous n'avons pas été convaincus par la cuisine, que nous avons trouvée un peu sèche et plus fade qu'ailleurs. Sinon le riad était très propre, autant dans la chambre/salle de bain que dans les parties communes. Une bonne adresse, sans aucun doute !

The riad is stunning- the rooms and lobby are beautiful, and all of the staff are so lovely and helpful. The location is also very convenient for getting to different places like the Blue Gate and the Medina. Also, the pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever had……it is clean, safe and well situated.

Wonderful Riad, the rooms are beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast in the raid’s restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed both. We felt very privileged to stay in such a beautiful place, our room overlooked the impressive central courtyard. There is a wonderful view of Fes from the rooftop restaurant and terrace.

Downgraded
Riad was overbooked. They placed us in a "sister" riad that was not as luxurious (3 stars vs 4 stars). They offered to comp us dinner but we had other plans. They did offer us 2 30-minute massages. Overall disappointed. I would not recommend.

The employees are really nice and helpful! But the rooms need to be worked on. We got a suite where the bathroom had this Oder that we could not sleep at night!!
But overall had a good time.

Muito lindo , bem decorado , pe?a quarto com chuveiro pois alguns tem só banheiras , muitas escadas , o café é servido no terra?o muito bom , funcionários bem atenciosos . No restaurantes pedimos para jantar macarr?o à bolonhesa ( n?o gostei ) mas tem outras op??es , bem localizado .

Bellissimo riad a pochi minuti dalla porta blu. Salah ci ha accolti nel migliore dei modi e nonostante non lo avessimo avvisato in anticipo ha subito provveduto ad organizzarci una visita guidata della città. La camera bella, con mobili antichi, spaziosa e provvista di tutti i confort. Ci tornerei senza dubbio!
