Fantastic experience staying at Riad Louaya. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and hardworking in taking care of us. Riad was also very quiet and breakfast was fantastic!

Très beau riad très bien situé. Un lieu typique et très bien aménagé, du personnel au petits soins et très agréable. De nombreuses activités peuvent etre directement organisées avec le personnel de l’h?tel. Toujours disponible et a l’écoute. Belle terrasse chaleureuse et pleine de charme

Nous avons avec mes amies séjourné dans le Riad louaya vraiment superbe et idéalement placé pour les visites . La gentillesse et disponibilité de Rachid et Murad ont été un véritable atout à notre séjour . Je recommande vivement cet endroit

Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dai souq e dalla piazza Jema el fna, camere pulite e letto comodo, atmosfera incantevole con patio fresco e ben attrezzato. Colpisce il servizio perché il personale è molto accogliente sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta. Con il Riad abbiamo fatto escursioni che sono state top. Grazie a Rashid e al nostro autista Aziz.

Location was excellent. Easy to find. Our shower was clogged and there was no hot water. I'm unsure how it has excellent reviews because I give this Riad a solid 5/10. They have a certificate for excellence but it was from 2015 so maybe it was excellent 10 years ago? Poor value for money. The manager? Was quite rude and became irritated when you asked him questions/voiced concerns asked to pay by credit. We have travelled throughout Morocco and I would say this was the most disappointing riad we have stayed in. There was also black mold and mildew throughout the shower. I would book a standard hotel or find a different riad def not worth the price of stay.

lovely hosts in a beautiful riad!
our host rashid was so helpful and his english is excellent! we’re so lucky to have his help with dinner, spa and excursion reservations. we had a great time at every place he recommended :) our flight was canceled and they were able to accommodate date us for an extra night. it really feels like home away from home!

Wonderful stay
The Riad is clean and Rashid and his team were lovely and welcoming at all times.
They advertise soundproofing which I assume are the shutters but they are not effective. However a Ria is basically a funnel which amplifies sound - it didn’t affect us too much.

This Riad is a hidden gem. An oasis tucked away at the end of a quiet pathway. Despite being very close to the hustle and bustle of the souks and the centre of the City this Riad was extremely quiet at all times. Even sitting on the lovely rooftop in the sunshine it was quiet at all times. The hosts Rachid and Morad were excellent. They happily accommodated any of our requests from arranging taxi transfers to and from the airport and booking us on a fantastic day trip to the Atlas Mountains and the Berber villages. I mentioned it was my wife’s birthday while we were there and they gave her something special. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent and the rooms, despite being old, were fully functional with on-suite facilities and a very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone considering visiting Marrakech but it should be noted that this is for people looking for something traditional, not luxurious, but with excellent service.
