The room and bathrooms were very clean. Staff was extremely helpful when we got there: they met us at the main road and walked us through the alleys to the Riad, then before we left to get food Marwane gave us some very helpful advice about typical things to look out for on the streets like tourist traps and scams that we didn't see in other cities. Marwane also gave us the typical walking tour route to see all the popular destinations of Fes without needing a guide and was very responsive if we needed anything like a taxi or extra towels. He made our stay very welcoming and I would definitely stay here again!

This “riad” isn’t located in the best of areas and walking outside after dark is discomforting. We were also promised help with our luggage coming down three flights of narrow stairs in the morning, but no-show and service for breakfast was just to bring some bread and one cup of coffee. Maybe I’m spoiled, but I did expect a little more from what we paid

Abbiamo cenato in questo riad e siamo rimasti particolarmente soddisfatti! Ci hanno fatto acccomodare sulla loro terrazza con vista Medina, il cibo era buono, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e il servizio gentile e simpatico! Nulla da dire tutto perfetto!!

Nice room, amazing interior and great location in the medina with a drop-off area 2-minute walk away (text the riad for drop-off location). Food was great. We left early in the morning before the breakfast time, they offered takeaway for the complementary breakfast Lights were a bit dim in the room and the drain smelled in the bathroom.

Excellent staff, the most beautiful riad (hotel) that we stayed at in Morocco with good breakfast.

On property dining was excellent. The staff - Mahmood and Marwan- are excellent. They arranged us a wonderful guide - Mundir- who showed us the Madina. Marwan walked us to the taxi for the train station. Food was excellent. The Riad is a piece of art worth experience and living.

Je ne laisse pas souvent des avis, mais cet h?tel mérite vraiment qu'on prenne le temps d'en parler. J'ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité du service et la gentillesse du personnel. Tout est fait avec soin, du nettoyage des chambres jusqu'à la présentation du petit-déjeuner

Un sitio con mucho encanto, con una terraza increíble, la cena muy rica. Pero sobre todo la amabilidad de los empleados, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Vinieron a buscarnos a la puerta para llevarnos hasta el Riad. Lo único a destacar que no nos gusto tanto es que las camas son duras. Pero muy buena relación calidad precio.

私のミスで予约がうまく取れていなかったのですが、当日対応で宿泊させていただきました。自分も同行者も英语が拙く、必要に応じて翻訳アプリを使用しながら会话させていただきましたが、嫌な颜せずに优しく対応してくださいました。スタッフの方に送り迎えなどしていただくこともあり、とても亲切で楽しい滞在になりました。お部屋は清洁で装饰は美しく快适なリヤドだと思います。

Hotel situado en la Medina, como todos dificil de encontrar pero para el primer día te van a recoger donde te deja el taxi
Las instalaciones comunes son preciosas y están muy bien cuidadas, patios interiores impresionantes.
La habitación está descuidada y en cuatro noches que hemos pasado allí no la han limpiado ni arreglado un solo día.
