Se resolver conhecer a verdadeira cultura de Marraquexe, aconselho a se hospedar neste lugar. Será uma imers?o!!!! Ambiente familiar, ótima localiza??o, e super super seguro. Karima me tratou como um filho, sempre atenta e prestativa. Quando for a Marraquexe voltarei a ficar na casa de Karima. ????????

The hosts are lovely and very welcoming.
The Riad is incredibly difficult to find when you first arrive - although made easier in the knowledge that white arrows have been crudely painted to display the correct route through the labyrinth of the Medina.
It was quite overwhelming to navigate through dark alleys, unsure of where you are going.
The property would benefit from more visible signage, or sending an email to guests with directions prior to the stay.
The Riad is a little rundown, with windows cracked and missing in the rooms - however they still display the gorgeous Moroccan decor.
I am unlikely to stay here again, having stayed at another local Riad during the same trip - however I do not regret my visit to this authentic and traditional Riad.

Superbe séjours au Riad monsieur Omar,et Karima,Samira et tout la famille accueillant très sympathique est familiale . Pt déjeuner trop bonne et copieux surtout on boire du thé plusieurs fois ds la journée libre,le services vraiment très bien,la chambre familiale grande,propre . Je suis vraiment satisfaite. Incha Allah on viendrait un jours.??

Given the high ratings and travellers choice award, it seems that this Riad has found a way to game TA's rating system. Unfortunate because this was our last few nights in Marrakech before returning home and it left a bit of a bad taste. We stayed only in Riads during our 2 week trip using TA's recommendations and they were all excellent including another Riad in Marrakech except for Sidi Omar. This Riad is very tired and in need of a lot of work. We had the family suite upstairs and the clay tiles on the bedroom and bathroom were lose. The plumbing didn't drain properly. Lighting and wifi were weak. You had to watch your head climbing the very narrow stairs to the second floor. As other reviewers have noted, there were communication issues with the pickup and drop-off. Immediately after arriving, we had planned on visiting the Ben Youseff Medersa. We asked for directions to get there, and they offered to take us. But instead of taking us directly there, a 15 minute walk turned into a 40 minute long circuitous affair with stops at special store where you can get real argan oil at "special" prices ie. the riad gets a referral fee. A common but distasteful practice in many parts of the world which we were well aware of. Whether it's a hostel, riad or luxury accommodations, most travellers rely on hotel proprietors and employees to get there bearings in a new city. These employees inevitably serve as ambassadors for their city and country. Sadly, when this trust is broken so quickly upon arrival, it inevitably sets the tone for the rest of the visit. We stayed in some spectacular Riads during our trip for about the same rate as Sidi Omar and met some incredible people. Don't let this place set the tone of your next visit to Marrakech. TA, YOUR TRAVELLERS CHOICE AWARDS HAVE BECOME MEANINGLESS!

The hosts were very friendly. We really enjoyed the time we took to talk and drink tea when we arrived after a long flight from Canada. The place was really beautiful and the terrace on top to watch the stars at night was really amazing.

Riad nel cuore della medina, posizione ok! Un pochetto lontano dai ristoranti più carini, ma si parla di 15 min a piedi. Karima ci ha accolti con una gentilezza incredibile e con il miglior te che abbiamo bevuto a Marrakech! Una nota, in bagno il doccino era davvero troppo arrugginito e avendo preso la camera più costosa forse andrebbe un’accortezza in più e la stanza comune non era pulitissima.

Spent a night here after hiking in the Atlas Mountains. The host was super nice, the room was large, it was very quiet inside and breakfast was good.
We struggled a bit to find the riad but eventually learnt to follow the white arrows (and there wasn’t a sign on the door originally which didn’t help).

位置很好，但是在小巷子中，不是很好找，哪怕有谷歌地图也不容易找到。要注意跟随墙壁上白色箭头所指示的方向前进。
硬件条件中规中矩，寻常人家的那种条件。如果人多的话，洗澡的热水可能会不够。
院子里的橘子树开花了，很香，在院子里坐着很舒服。
