Great location, lovely interior, clean

Finding a boutique hotel with character and superb decor, plus a swimming pool, in the old town and on the moat for a sensible price almost impossible and yet here it is. Rich Lanna House.
Actual value for money. We will be back.
Oh and it’s ciffee shop is also excellent.

这是我头一次认真评价的酒店
晚上10点多到的、位置还好就在河边
我定的是三楼的兰纳套房，但是前台带我去了一楼的一个窗都没有的房间，进去还一股霉味，我一直跟他强调这不是我定的房间、还给他看订单里的图片、因为套房的价格是不一样的，而且有窗没窗价格都不一样，这个前台英语全废只能用翻译软件，就一直跟我甩锅説只有这一间房了他只是打工的做不了主、然后打电话给老板，老板态度很强硬説就这一间不住就退房，这个时候已经拖到11点多了，他们明显欺负外国人这么晚了不好找宾馆，后来有两个中国美女也帮我们一起抗议，老板很嚣张、虽然听不懂説啥就知道很尖利刺耳、后来我急了告诉他们不住可以但是要赔偿、不给赔偿就报警、这个时候已经12点多了，老板估计是感觉碰到硬茬了，让前台领我们去三楼看了一个房间，就是我定的套房，然后开了给我，因为太晚了实在太累我就没再计较住下了，房间是那种兰纳风格全木的不明亮很压抑，也很小、第二天发现三楼都没人住只有我们一伙客人，设施吗就一楼有一间小小的泳池、整个布置很有年代感、房间我没拍因为不喜欢、国外旅游真的不能让他们随便欺负、不行就报警

Wonderful stay at Rich Lanna. Room was clean & spacious for 2 ppls. We enjoyed the stay and spent most time during day-time. Staffs were friendly & helpful. The hotel was a bit old but they have been maintained very well. Nothing to complain. Will go back definitely.
