This is absolutely not the standard of housekeeping or security we aim to provide, and I understand how upsetting and concerning this must have been for you.Please rest assured that we take this matter very seriously. We have followed up with our housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again and have reinforced our procedures around room security and a locksmith has been out to check the door locks. I’m very relieved to hear that none of your belongings were taken, but I completely appreciate how unsettling the situation was.
