Was a comfortable stay with a great Staff and a Good Breakfast, Need to look at cleaning better. Carpets need a good clean.

The catering, reception team and the rooms were so exceptional and the service received was out of this world i really loved it

Service was best. Only this is to prioritize cleaning of toilet and basin. Stuff members were nice and always willing to help

Our visit was work related and so the hotel made our stay very convenient in terms of their buffet breakfast which starts at 07h00 allowing for everyone going to work to have a feast before they start their days

My stay was good one thing i did not get in my room was a bin but i believe had i reported it, it would have been solved.

If you are driving from Cape Town to the Kgalagadi / elsewhere, this is a great overnight option!! The room is very comfortable and the shower incredible! It is situated on a main thoroughfare, but quietens down after 10pm. Breakfast is included in the cost and offers both hot and cold options. Jane at reception was very helpful and welcoming with a beautiful, happy smile. The parking is outside on the street and Michael (security) ensured that I had a good spot just outside the front entrance to the hotel. It was a short, but lovely stay. Thank you!
