Guest：My husband and I stayed for a week in April and this place made a great home base. The apartment is HUGE. Not only does it have an en suite full bathroom, it also has an additional 1/2 bath across the hall from the bedroom. The king bed was nice, but a little soft for our preference. Extra towels can be found in the walk-in closet and extra toilet paper in both bathrooms. There's also a "supply closet" at the end of the hall with washer, dryer, and laundry detergent (we did not use). The location is EXCEPTIONAL. It's a short walk to Bourbon Street/French Quarter, there's a St. Charles streetcar stop across the street for easy access to the Garden District ($1.25pp), and 2 places to grab breakfast on either side of the building (Daisy Duke Express and Hobnobber's). The place is in the Central Business District, so it's a quiet reprieve from the noisy/chaotic French Quarter. Note: this place does not have a front desk, so we weren't able to leave our bags anywhere after we checked out. They do however allow late checkout for $150.
Guest：Checkin/check out instructions were precise and the process was easy. The space is clean, spacious and inviting in a great location. The pictures accurately describe the space. There is a small restaurant next door with great food. We would definitely stay again. Street parking is a challenge; we chose to valet with a hotel a block away. It was a little more expensive, but we had in/out privileges and comfort knowing the car was safe.
Guest：Me and my husband visited for our one year anniversary, which also doubled as our honeymoon. We were IN LOVE with this place. As soon as we got to our room, they asked us if we wanted to extend our stay one extra night since we could, so we accepted! Everything was fantastic, from the quick check in to the quick check out. Our only complaint was the room above ours, which couldn’t be helped. We’d wake up to them scraping their chairs on the floor and stomping around, but it only happened in the morning. Other than that, the room was beautiful and the location is AMAZING! It’s become our regular hotel.
Guest：This apartment hotel was a very good experience located downtown next to a lot of restaurants. Shopping couldn’t have picked a better location. The place was clean, very spacious and modern. It had high ceilings, ceiling fans, fully stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, plates, even seasoning with washer and dryer. We felt very safe and secure because we had to keypad to get into the building. Had our own keypad code to get into your room. The check-in process was seen less, the staff made sure that we were familiar with how to check in how to check out and where to park. All questions were instantly satisfied and addressed would stay again, thank you.
