Buena ubicación El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, el personal es amable. Solo un día no hicieron el aseo del cuarto (salí temprano ese día). No se si si era una política que no conocía o simplemente se les pasó mi habitación. El hotelme

The property was impeccably clean, great design, and convenient location! What made it Special is the people there - they are super helpful, courteous and professional! Would stay again for sure! Chic, Affordable Boutique Hotel Highly recommend this chic, small, well-designed boutique hotel with great service. Stayed here because price was right and enjoyed it more than others double the cost. Took suggestion to upgrade as basic rooms are quite tiny. Excellent locale across from gorgeous park, cafes and all Condesa has to offer. Hotel restaurant just opened and the food was fantastic. Ian the concierge was charming and lovely. Stayed here rather than Roma Norte and so glad.

Such a cute little hotel in a great location. Staff was so welcoming and kind. They had 24 hour security, and we felt safe the entire time. Our room was very small. I’d recommend upgrading to a larger room. It was almost comically small.

Our overall stay at Rodona was great! Rooms were clean and staff is nice and helpful. The rooftop is still in the process if being finished, there were chairs but the inside portion was still in progress and the kitchen is still under construction which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, would definitely stay again!

Great stay and would definitely return. The entire staff at Rodona was friendly and very accommodating. Communication via WhatsApp with the hotel made everything easy and smooth. Pros: great location, modern and clean room, easy communication, safe and comfortable. Cons: the hotel entryway flooded during a night of heavy rain, rooms are on the smaller side. Overall, great stay and would definitely return.

Had some issues unfortunately While the service was great here, I have to say there were major issues with cleanliness which I won't detail here--I'll simply say that my friend and I had to relocate hotels because of it. The manager was very nice and refunded our stay completely, given the situation, but this particular situation required us to spend additional money on the other end of our trip. It was very frustrating, and though no one's fault in particular, I would have wished for a warning as a guest myself, so I am offering it to others.
