An ideal spot for families. Lovely pool area and little beach with swimming and snorkelling 50m across the road. An easy walk to a number of food and market options.

Location of this hotel is fantastic! If u like to explore whole island, this is the best point to stay. We enjoy 14 days staying here. Every second day we have a cleaning lady, fresh towels nd sheets. Beautifull pool in front of the hotel. Exceptional view from balcony directly to the sea, which is 20m away. Worn and frendly hosts, they try to help and fix every our request. I recomend this pleace.

Stayed 2 1/2 weeks. Good location with a balcony overlooking the sea which is around 50 metres away. Accommodation was very good value- but you get what you pay for of course. The rooms are basic with no sofa and limited cooking facilities. The pool and local beach were both very nice though. We hired a car and found plenty of lovely beaches and tavernas which is important because the local town (Hersonissos) isn’t great. Overall we had a really good holiday.

I am back for the third year running and as always everything is perfect. The owner , Katarina, just popped next door to my room to give me some cakes! Where else would that happen ? I love it here. The rooms are clean and spacious, there is a lovely pool and the beach is opposite. Will be back again next year I hope. Thank you K and M for letting me stay again. Peter B

Romantica Beach Villas is a unique holiday property that offers spacious and light filled rooms, large sea facing balconies and comfy beds. You can sit in the balcony in the evening and hear the sea waves crashing to the shore or walk a short distance to a range of restaurants and tavernas. Facilities allow you to cook in, or eat out with full size fridge, oven with hob and a kettle. Location is so beautiful you will see people stopping to take pictures all the time of ‘your view’ - and that’s understandable too. When the Romantica Beach villas was built and designed by its owners - it was the only property on that part of the coast. The beach in front is called the Romantica beach, which for years has naturally complemented the offering. As the tourism in Crete thrives it was inevitable that others would one day move in on their views. And In homage to their ability to have chosen a prime location and taken the chance all those years ago - Today there are 5 star hotels and luxury villas cascading into Romantica beach area - hoping to cash in on this magical location. It’s too beautiful not to share, but… For me I’d take the Romantica Beach Villas over the 5 star feel that could place you anywhere in the world. It’s important to me to feel the Greek hospitality. Feel the rustic charm of Crete - not spend time in a room that resembles every other resort 5 star room around the globe. Plus I’d rather spend my money on a small family business that’s also stood the test of time. Designed with maximum light to flood each room the Romantica Beach villas is stunning. The pool, large and spotless and the sun beds free and luxurious. And you can nip Over to the beach or the pool (with jacuzzi) for a dip. I’ve just returned home from a recharging and relaxing trip and as they waved me off (you don’t get the owners in the big hotel up the road do that!) I made a promise to myself I’d be returning one day. What a beautiful couple who own this are. I can only recommend this to the highest level.

Sehr sch?n gelegen, sehr ruhig. Pool war nie überfüllt, kleiner Strand mit feinem Sand direkt auf der anderen Stra?enseite.
Der Pool sehr gepflegt, neue Pool-Liegen sehr einladend.
Die Besitzer sind immer erreichbar, beheben direkt kleine M?ngel, z.B. es hat uns einiges an Küchenausstattung gefehlt und es wurde direkt die gewünschte Ausstattung zur Verfügung gestellt.
Allerdings ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, neue M?bel, neuer Anstrich w?ren gut.
Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr gut ausgeruht!

This is the second time I have stayed here and it definitely won't be the last. In fact I am already looking forward to being here next September. The hotel has exceptional views, the perfect pool with a jacuzzi, lots of sun loungers, lovely clean spacious apartments and, perhaps most importantly, fantastic friendly hosts. They are keen to help you in any way they can. There is a beach directly opposite and you are just a short walk away from lots of bars and great restaurants. There is also free parking right next to the hotel. The hotel benefits from being situated away from the centre of the town , so that it is quiet at night, whilst being just a short taxi ride away from the nightlife and the lovely local villages of Koutouloufari and Piskopiano. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay here. You will not be disappointed.
