Desmond was terrific in his hospitality from the moment I contacted him looking for a night’s stay. I was late getting there due to unforeseen circumstances and yet he greeted me with tea and biscuits. His generosity extended to a complete breakfast with everything you could ask for. Comfortable room. Excellent stay. I was more than a little impressed. Thank you Desmond....!

The details given by the owner to obtain the keys for entry were perfect, however we were met by the very pleasant owner, Desmond, who explained and showed us the layout. Desmond was very pleasant and advised on local amenities and restaurants. The accommodation was homely and comfortable only downside was a shared bathroom, but not really a problem with a family. Breakfast was of buffet style with everything left available. These were not available but off road parking was available. The area was quiet with easy access to all main road routes. Simply one of the best places I have ever stayed. The owner Desmond makes you feel right at home in his home. The place is spotless and very fair priced that includes a great selection of items for breakfast from Orange juice, coffees, varity of treas, fresh fruit, bagels, breads, cereals, jams,and more. Beds and pillows are comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend staying at the Rondo as you won't find a more reasonably price place with what you get with a simply wonderful host that puts his heart into doing what he likes best. I really enjoyed my stay at his home snd I am sure you would too. PS book early as he is always busy so you may be out of luck.

Superb host, kind and thoughtful. Fantastic location, free parking on premises. Very clean, warm, plenty of snacks. I have been staying at this B&B over a number of years now. I'm always happy, the high standards are constantly the same. Finally, as a solo traveller, I feel safe there, a major plus.

My stay was absolutely fantastic here. A real hidden gem! The host Desmond is the kindest and most welcoming person (feels more like entering a warm family home than a b&b!!). The entire room and house was immaculate, and the snack/breakfast options provided were above and beyond. Great area very close to the station which Desmond was kind enough to take us to. 10/10 recommend this gem

It was the best bnb that we have ever stayed in. The host is so nice and welcoming, he will always ask if there are any needs and check everythings alright for us! The host is so generous that he prepared a wide variety of breakfast and treats that we can have in anytime we wanted. Very thing is super tidy and clean! 100% recommended, you just cant think of anything to challenge or judge

This is my go to place. The host is always welcoming. The continental breakfast is so good. Rondo puts some hotels that are 4 times the price to shame. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The location is quite a long way from the town center so a car is needed. There is good parking and a shop nearby. Highly recommended.

Great little B&B. Quiet, peaceful, cozy, warm and inviting. A home away from home. Desmond, your host is both friendly and available should you need any advice or tips .. very reasonable rates and a continental breakfast included .. really enjoyed my stay .. would thoroughly recommend booking here

Desmond is a great host , rondo is warm ,comfortable, a real home from home, The selection of cereal and breads for breakfast leaves you spoilt for choice. Highly recommended and will always be my first choice when I need accommodation for working away.
