离火车站很近，房间很乾净，三人间比欧洲普遍小房间要大的多。

Staff very friendly and informative, clean and quiet, beautiful view, and was the highlight of the holiday. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody wishing to staying in Faro.

H?tel 4* au top, super bien placé que ce soit de l’aéroport (7min en Uber) ou le centre ville (3min à pieds) , on est à c?té des restos, de la marina, du centre historique… il est propre, le personnel est adorable, il y a même une petit piscine en terrasse

I am writing this at 5am because a conversation (normal level, not shouting or arguing) and throat clearing coughing from a neighbouring room woke me up and is now stopping me from going back to sleep. It is as if they are in my room, hardly muffled at all. Everything else about this aparthotel is great. Clean, stylish and well equipped rooms, comfortable beds, well located, charming staff. A great shame about the poor sound insulation between rooms, which is the only reason for a lower rating.

Really clean, comfortable room and amazingly quiet. The hotel is in a great spot a few minutes walk from the centre and also bus and train stations. We really enjoyed our stay here with the very friendly staff and lovely environment. We'd definitely stay here again on a return to Faro.

Super sch?nes Hotel mit modernen voll ausgestatteten Zimmern, couch balkon tv und küche, f?hn und sogar Bügeleisen! Super freundliches Personal, sehr sauberes Hotel, super Frühstücksbox für privates Frühstück im Zimmer oder am gemütlichen Pool, gratis Kaffee und Handtücher für den Pool. Sehr empfehlenswert!

A spotless room with a lovely balcony looking over the pool. Free tea and coffee all day downstairs was a lovely touch. The pool wasn’t headed so took a minute to get used to, but it was nice to cool off from the heat. The staff were excellent and allowed us to check in 3 hours early as our room was ready. The air con worked excellently and it’s great to have a fridge to keep drinks and food cool. Located a couple of minutes walk from the bus and train station, it’s ideal to take small trips. We caught the train to Tavira with ease. It’s also very close to a ***** of restaurants and bars which was handy. Thank you to all staff at roots, you made our holiday very memorable.

Fantastic property. Reachable from the airport in about 10 mins by car and located a stone's throw away from Faro's train and bus stations. Faro's Old Town, shops (Spar shop about 3mins round the corner), marina, and other amenities are about 10 mins walking distance. There's a restaurant (Adega Nova) less than 20m from the hotel, great and diverse menu for very affordable prices. The hotel itself is really good, receptionists speak multiple languages (English, Portuguese, and Spanish at least), and are happy to help by calling a taxi for you, for example. There is free coffee and hot chocolate in a little breakfast room just off the reception area. They do offer breakfast but we did not avail of it so can't comment on it. The rooms are ample, with plenty facilities (dishwasher, fridge, kettle, stove, air conditioning, cutlery & crockery, etc.), and the bed was just out of this world comfy. There was a little balcony too. Overall, amazing property, would be happy to stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
