Beautiful hotel with historic architecture feeling and high quality 4.5 star rating. We love coming back to stay here 2-3x per year. Staff is very friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is free and accessible. Breakfast is nice specially we see more organic foods making it better.

The hotel was spotless. Every were you looked they had fresh fruit and granola bars for snacks. They think of everything like a cell phone charger in your room. Rooms are big. The Hotel is walking distance to the town full of restaurants to choose from. They have limited covered parking but do have car chargers. Breakfast was wonderful. Lobby was beautiful. This hotel fires on all cyclinders.

Such a nice hotel- it’s a bit overpriced but the bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in any hotel and I’ve been too many. Spacious room, amazing tub and shower. The breakfast could’ve been a little bit more nicer considering the price

The staff we're friendly & my stay was very quiet. Beware you will smell the attached restaurant to the hotel & want to go get breakfast in the morning.

The building is a classically built and well maintained historical structure. Super location. Walking distance to the Smart train and many restaurants. Staff were always attentive and helpful.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was all marble and mosaic tile. Continental breakfast was very nice - fresh fruit, smoked salmon, lox with capers. Bagels, raisin bread, regular bread to toast along with a small selection of pastries. There are complimentary goodies in the lobby and hallway and popcorn in the bar in the evening. Wonderful experience!

We stayed here with Crystal. Great hotel, food was varied and a good range of buffet and a la carte. Staff attentive and helpful. Boot room in another building with heated boot warmers and lockers. Great location for ski bus and walking into town. Would definitely recommend.

We love this hotel. Great stay. Great location. Pablo at the front desk is so professional and pleasant! We’ve stayed here twice and both times it was wonderful. The ******* free VIP parking is a huge plus!!!! This hotel always recognizes and honors the ******* VIP offering without having to ask for it.
