Apart from having the lumpiest worst pillows I've ever seen which were unusable , the apartment was v nice. It's well appointed and very functional with small but lovely kitchen and bathroom. the location was brilliant for us as it's an easy walk to the centre . However it's obvious that the apartment is owned by a corporation as the place was missing a personal touch with pillows as mentioned, no extra blankets, no tea towels and heavy build-up of dust on surfaces not included in cleaners contract... The 'host' outright refused to replace pillows or provide tea towels when we asked - they did provide some blankets when we asked, but just the cheapest possible from IKEA.

We booked thus property based on prior reviews and photos. However this was a disappointment to us. Uncomfortable sofa bed; hurts back. Flat pillows. Stained sheet in bedroom. No dryer in bathroom. Terrible wifi. No tissues. No laundry detergent for washer. No coffee & sugar in kitchen. The agent checking us in was not aware of any amenities in house. Communication was not great.

Sorry to see that you did not enjoy your stay. Had you mentioned the pillows or the sheets during your stay we would have been happy to address this issue. It is very uncommon to have a dryer in Italy we normally hang our clothes to dry. We have not had issues with the wifi in the past and so will look in to this, thank you for bringing it to our attention. We do not leave food products or washing liquid in the apartment.

Lovely property over the river from the main area of Florence. Easily walkable to the centre and to the train station in about 20 minutes.

Nice Hotel for short term trip Could not connect to wifi as it required login/password info which owner was not aware of. There is no microwave either, must use oven to prepare food. The property was very clean and located at very safe place

Great base for us to explore Florence. The apartment is on a quiet street but close to many restaurants and bars. The historic town centre was only A short walk away over the bridge. It had everything we needed including a washing machine. We had a fantastic time! The only recommendation is that the pillows were a bit uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. Thank you!
