The stay was nice! As for 2 star hotel it was really good! The room was good (not long renovated). The only problem was food, pool and cleaning of the room. - Food breakfast was always same so after 2 days of stay i never went to eat breakfast again cuz it got boring. The dinner nothing much also. Almost all the time was pasta. The only good dinner was when the owner cooked something like meat or smthg else. Rate 5/10 -Pool i dont know if they cleaned it well or not but most of time it was not really clean from the water look, leafs in it, so we didn't even went in it. I saw people swim in it but we didn't want to risk it getting sick. - The room cleaning was regular but they didn't clean that well specialy the floor. We didn't ask much but the floor would be lovely to be cleaned more nicer. They mopped ir but they scatered the dirt all over the places. They changed towels and bed sheet 1 time in 7 days. We putted dirty towels on ground to be changed but they never picked it and just putted the dirty towels back on bed. So i didn't like that. Few times we went to them ask to take out trash or put more soap in room. So the cleaning would be 5/10. Overall, i would rate the stay good. The place was pretty nice renovated. The location was good too near beach (10min walk). Bus stop close and market too. To city center from here around 20-30min also pretty good. As i said im not that picky as i travel for 7 days stay it was really good! I would rate 8/10.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Allerdings machte das nicht die Qualit?t des Hotels aus. Das Zimmer war so klein und dunkel, dass sogar tagsüber das Licht angemacht werden musste. Nachts war es immer laut und es wurde nichts dagegen unternommen. Einmal war sogar der Nachtportier das Problem, da mit einigen Jugendlichen im Empfang eine Party veranstaltet hat. Erst nachdem ich das Zimmer verlassen hab und mich lautstark beschwert hab h?rte das circa 20 Minuten sp?ter auf. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und dementsprechend wurde es immer nach dem duschen ganz nass. Im Waschbecken floss das Wasser nicht richtig ab und der Erholungswert auf dem Zimmer war gleich null. Der Poolbereich war okay. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls okay. Der Kaffee schmeckt allerdings nicht.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and had a very positive experience. The location is 2 minutes walk to a big beach. Many delicious restaurants are within easy walking distance. Public buses to the big city and Knossos Palace come regularly and stop in front of the hotel. The room was kept very clean. Breakfast was delicious with small local pastries as an extra. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. On the next to the last day we learned that our plane would be leaving at midnight. No problem for the staff, we were allowed to keep our room an extra day without any further charges. That's what I call service! Highly recommended!

Balkon viel zu eng und nur ein Klappstuhl der nur quer hinpasst,also nix mit zu zweit abends auf dem Balkon mal chillen. Die Dusche sehr klein und das Wasser schwapot raus. Ansonsten alles super. Voll nettes Personal. Alles in der n?he,von Supermarkt,Restaurant Cafe,und nur ca.3 Min zum Strand.

Nice hotel, room was pretty but the bathroom was far too small. Toilet impossible to use due to space. Owner is nice but cleaners talk about you behind your back. Breakfast poor quality all the food was cold.

We stayed here for 7 nights with my parents . The room was very clean and cozy . The staff it s very friendly , Marinos cooked the best moussaka ever ??????. Stelios helped us with everything. The pool it s nice. Our room balcony was small , but to drink something after dinner it was perfect . Thank you #Roxani hotel for everything , I hope to see you next year ??
