One night here before hiking to Taranaki. Checked in fine but a bit confusing to find. No parking nearby and bays are timed so something to mindful for in the morning. Shower and toilets are shared and only one toilet and shower was up three steps. There is no lift/elevator and it was hard getting my case up two flights of stairs. Room was spacious and clean. I was able to use the kitchen to cook. I was freezing all night! There was a heater but no information sheet to figure out where the instructions were. I messaged the host but she only replied in the morning. It was really tucked away.
