早餐很棒，楼下就是超市，且有两个，步行到火车站5分钟，步行到日内瓦湖8 分钟

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep.
The hotel itself was well kept, and the common areas felt welcoming. I also liked the location—it was convenient and close to places I wanted to visit. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

房子太旧了，空调声音太大，不暖和，淋浴房下水太慢，服务还可以，找了携程的1对1管家，马上进行了调查和处理工作

来日内瓦开会，选了这家酒店，出门就是coop等超市，mole站，乘坐公共交通工具方便，距离火车站步行6分钟。早餐在日内瓦算不错的啦，有健身房，整体可以。

Great location just a few hundred metres from the main railway station. Tram stop right outdoors and surrounded by good range of shops and restaurants.
Rooms are air conditioned, spacious and have good facilities such as safe, fridge and good wardrobe space.
Bathroom is decent size although shower position confusing as spray often caused the floor to be get wet.
Tea and coffee making facilities in the room but did have to ask for normal tea as only flavoured
offered. Our room was facing the street and although on the 4th floor was quite noisy.
Staff on reception were nice and helpful and we benefited from the free Geneva travel card for our stay.

优点：
1. 酒店在市中心，门前有公交车站，去万国宫很方便，酒店前可以临时停车装卸行李。大堂漂亮，景点都可以步行到达，离日内瓦湖近，坐在日内瓦湖边很惬意。床品乾净，房间衞生也可以。
2. 提前邮件酒店，免费申领日内瓦交通卡，入住的时候前台会给一张A4纸打印的二维码，扫二维码填写讯息会生成电子交通卡，可以免费乘坐市区公交车，我们用上了，也算是撸了一次小羊毛。
不足：
1. 酒店有停车库，但不免费，一晚45CHF，是瑞士酒店停车最贵的，正好是周末，卸下行李后，我们二个司机开车找免费停车位，很幸运，在离酒店步行6分钟的小马路上正好有二个划白线的停车位，800元人民币华丽丽的节约了。
2. 二间同样的经典房，我的房间很小，哥的房间很大，搞不懂是不是大的给升级了。另一间行政家庭房很大，比经典房性价比高。

俩个个高的前台男服务员不咋的 态度很好 给的房间完全货不对版 再去交涉就假装很忙（其实并没事）直接推给了另外一位矮个的，这位倒是挺专业，做事乾脆利落，其中个高黑发的收了按金100欧，到最后结账的时候忘了这件事情，还要另收城市税。94一番折腾。反正一切都要自己记清楚，据理力争，有点累。
其他其实都还好，早餐，房间设施都OK,除了那两位高个儿的男前台，别的服务也都挺不错的，而且酒店地理位置不错，门前就是15路，对面有超市。离火车站也近，走走就到。
还给了日内瓦的通票，一整天的city walk很爽

老式风格的酒店，装潢很有品味。
服务非常有待加强，前台经常比较混乱。有新的实习生，无法独立完成工作，完全需要帮助，所以无论是迎宾还是退房，前台效率都很低，总有客人因为各种问题和前台理论，气氛很不好。前台一直是“忙不过来”的样子。
离火车站和汽车站都不是太远，步行十几分钟可到。
优点是房间还算乾净。也比较安静。有独立的咖啡机，有接热水的功能，很方便。房间布局合理。wifi信号非常好，网速飞快！

位置优越，离火车站步行约五分钟即到。早餐6:30开始，种类丰富。房间的隔音效果不好，我们在临街一侧，有噪音。也有流浪人的声音。走廊説话声音也能听见。是我们在这次44天旅行当中住过的隔音效果最差的酒店。
