Nice luxury facility , but the services is not to the excepted level

The hotel’s facilities are great but we didnt get to see them due to wedding occurred during our stay. Most of facilities belong to the wedding. The whole hotel staff is busy with the wedding I arrived after check in time and wouldn’t allow to get in due to unknown reasons. One person said room isn’t ready. Other person mentioned the normal statment due to the wedding. Room wasnt cleaned despite they my check in time and they didn’t want to change my room. Resort is great , my kids enjoyed it but above is annoying Run away if there is a wedding at the hotel. Wedding lasts 3-5 days. We had wonderful stay at Royal Sarah. Staff was so friendly be it at breakfast, at the pools or at housekeeping. Fantastic suite overlooking the sea, truly amazing.

My recent stay at Royal Saray was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and genuine attention to detail. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and offered a stunning view that made the experience even more relaxing. The service throughout my stay was excellent — the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. I particularly enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, including the pool and private beach area, which were spotless and well-maintained. The restaurants served a delicious variety of dishes that exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is located at the coast of Persian Gulf that makes it a benefit for those who is looking for nice beach vibes with all its charm. Rooms are spacious with Arabic flair in its design. Breakfasts are both scarce and poor, especially considering the high accommodation costs. Additionally, the hotel offers a sauna room but it was out of order during our stay in January. At the late hours we relaxed and smoked a shisha and tasted a draft beer. Shisha was all good. Didn't enjoy the beer, it's not something I'd recommend especially with its prices around 5..7 BHD.

This ia a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has everything you could want. Although the hotel was fully booked we hardly saw any other guests. There is music playing constantly by the pool which I felt was unnecessary. I was glad we went for a city view as I wouldnt have wanted to sit on the balcony listening to the party going on everyday. We were there for 10 days and not once did the turn down service happen. However it was amazing and we had a fantastic time.
