Clean room with cute design, and the whole design of the hotel was great. The pool vibe is extremely relaxed - no background music at all and barely any talking. They don't have a jacuzzi because the pool is "heated" but it was around 68 degrees during our stay (october, in the high 80s outside) so we couldn't actually use the pool because it was so cold. No one was in it. The Saturday dj was wonderful and elevated the atmosphere a lot (still very relaxing).

A lot of kids. Pool is only half usable because it’s 8 ft deep on one end. Why?? DJ and pool bar but not adult vibe it’s odd. Seems catered to parents who want to party while their kids swim? Expensive for what the rooms are and the facilities are. Nothing special really you can get the same thing for half the price elsewhere in Palm Springs. $25/hr for late checkout and you have to get a new key from the lobby. Pool is only in the sun the second half of the day. Odd pool seating layout. Beds are comfortable.

This place was a surprising gem. Rooms are well appointed and clean, staff is extremely responsive via text. Great to have an on-site poolside bar. Pool and garden area is great for grabbing a glass of wine on a cabana or popping open the laptop to catch up on work. The Le Labo bath products were a great touch. Definitely will stay again.

Very unique experience. Formerly a hotel converted but at some point I did not feel too safe within the property. Staff was incredibly accomodating and lovely. Complimentary Coffee and Water in the morning and had a real knowledge about the area of Palm Springs. Would come back for the hospitality.

The rooms were nicely decorated in the mid-century style. What ruined our stay is that the AC unit was extremely loud and rattled making it difficult to sleep. We had to cut our trip short because they could not stay another night with that noise.

I liked that everything on the property looked fairly new, everything was clean. I didnt like our experience with the male pool bartender. He was rude and unfriendly. He didnt let my pregnant friend and i have our hydroflask with water out with us. Meanwhile there were other guests with their own water bottles outside. We asked other onsite staff if we were allowed to have our own water bottles out by the pool and they all said yes. So im not sure why this one specific bartender told us otherwise. Its 90 degrees outside and he's saying we cant have our own water bottles? Thats ridiculous. This one experience makes me not want to come back.

Nice but overprieced The place was insanely over priced for what you get. We paid 600$ for ONE night and expected an exceptional pool with free access to the cabanas. But the pool experience was mediocre. The food was ok but definitely not worth the money. Could have stayed at a higher end hotel for that price.

Beautiful, charming and aesthetic renovations to the interiors of the property and pool grounds. However, when you drive up, the exterior could benefit from a fresh coat of paint on the classic, 70s aesthetic rock. If you didn’t know the property had been updated, you would be an off-put. Once inside, the lobby, restaurant and rooms have been redone to a mid-century vibe. The hotel still has a retro vibe and is Instagram-worthy. Although aesthetics have been updated, the infrastructure remains. I was on the ground floor & could hear the footsteps of guests above walking back and forth in the early morning. Around 3am, I heard those guests or ones next door arriving back to their room. I would choose a higher floor if I returned. TV uses Apple TV which was annoying having to log in. Finally logged in and it said the tv had to be updated to a newer version. Would be better if they didn’t use this interface and just had commonly used apps everyone could log into like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. I gave up & ended up scrolling my phone at 10pm. Pool area has a lovely bar I didn’t get to experience, but lots of seating areas, a cornhole area and cabanas and open loungers. Pool ranges from 3-8 feet, nothing huge and was moderately heated for a 10:30am swim. No jacuzzi unfortunately. Other: Hotel uses Le Labo products. There is an elevator on the property. Free parking onsite. Located at the end of Palm Canyon Dr. so short drive to downtown, but not as walkable is one downside. All in all, great property!
