Such a beautiful building, comfortable stylish rooms, fantastic location close to the port and to everything you would need.

Stayed here for one night with my family of 4 the night before a ferry ride. Email communication with the staff was great. The location was easy to find. We parked at the nearby Central Parking lot and walked over. Having the washer/dryer was great in the middle of our trip. The location is also central. Text communication was easy and they helped set up a private transfer to the port. A bit of street noise at night was our only complaint but that's just due to the central location.

My wife and I spent four delightful days at Rua Augusta. Our room was like something out of the movies: two floors, connected by a circular staircase. Well appointed and quite comfortable. The hotel is central, located a few blocks from the Venetian Harbor and close to the center of Heraklion, which was buzzing. Access to the room came via a code sent a day before our arrival. There is no staff on the premises; communication is through Whats App. We asked numerous questions before and during our stay. The responses came quickly, sometimes instantaneously. Our every need was met. When we go back to Crete, we will not hesitate to return to Rua Augusta.

very cozy and great location right next to the city centre. It offers different rooms with different name sand it is self check in as well which made our lives much easier. The beach is fairly close as well and a bunch pr restaurants are near by.

The apartment was amazing and the hosts extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The location was was right at the city center with quick access to every Heraklion sightseeing. It was very clean as well and all in all we had a great stay

εξαιρετικ? κατ?λυμ? τα δωμ?τια ειναι εξαιρετικ? με προσεγμ?νη την κ?θε λεπτομ?ρεια αν και στο κ?ντρο του Ηρ?κλειου υπ?ρχει πολυ καλη απομονωση και δεν ακου? το παραμικρο,τα parking γυρω απο το καταλυμα πολυ συνεργασιμα και με πολυ καλε? τιμε?.

Amazing residence building, I visited on the opening week, and everything was on point. I confidently say it is the most central building in the city, with a combination of luxury and historic touch. I suggest it to any kind of tourist, but especially for those who want to explore the city of Heraklion.

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in the heart of Iraklio, Crete, and it was a fantastic experience that truly enhanced my visit to the island. The apartment was located right in the city center, just a short walk from the vibrant Lion Square, the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, and many charming cafes, tavernas, and shops. Despite being in such a central location, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, offering a perfect balance of convenience and comfort. The space itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a cozy bed. The hos, was warm and accommodating, greeting me upon arrival and offering great suggestions for local food, beaches, and cultural sites. One of the best features of the Airbnb was the small balcony overlooking a lively pedestrian street, which made for a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine while soaking in the local atmosphere. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as bottled water in the fridge, a map of the city, and a quick check-in/check-out process. The location made it incredibly easy to explore the rest of the island, with the port and main bus station only minutes away. This Airbnb made my stay in Iraklio not just convenient, but truly enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend it to solo travelers, couples, or anyone wanting to experience the best of city life in Crete. A five-star stay!
