Great place! Welcomed with a cold bottle of champagne amd treats in the spotless room. Staff is amazing! Definitely staying here again.

We stayed at The Ryder for one night, and the hotel itself is absolutely adorable. The room was stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and overall we truly enjoyed the atmosphere and aesthetic of the property. That said, the service did not match the quality of the hotel. Upon arrival, we were told valet was not available and had to park our car a block away, which was unexpected and inconvenient. At checkout, we waited quite a while for assistance, only to later realize my card had been charged twice for the stay. Resolving this required waiting on hold for about 45 minutes before finally reaching someone to process the refund. The hotel itself is great and has so much potential, but the service experience fell short. With better communication and more attentive guest support, this could easily be an excellent stay.

Everything was top-notch at the hotel - the service, decor, and cleanliness. Our only issue was the pervasive aromatics. It was hard to sleep with them, and we were all congested the next day.

Very cozy-eclectic vibe - bar, pool, pool huts were great and our room was large, comfortable and cozy.

The AC gave me a headache, I think the filter needs to be changed. Also the walls are pretty thin. Other than that it was a great stay.

Immaculate and adorably decorated. We loved the food and drinks so much we had multiple meals there. Staff was courteous and rooms were super comfortable and cute. Best place for selfies and we had a wonderful girls weekend and 50th birthday celebration

Charming decor and the staff were nice and responsive. The room could have been cleaner when we checked in but the staff took care of it right away.

The resort was absolutely stunning. The vibe was on point and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Location was perfect for checking out the market and downtown. I highly recommend and I will be coming back for a longer visit.
