What a place! Fantastic service - incredible attention to detail by all the staff. Lovely boutique feel - warm and cosy and totally original. Apres-ski drinks by the huge fireplace. Rooms very comfortable and well equipped. Superb restaurant and wine list. Lovely, spacious and well laid-out spa with everything you need and massive windows to gaze out from at the snow whilst recovering tired limbs in the pool. I don’t usually write reviews but our stay here was so good i really wanted to write something. Shout outs to Edmundo - incredible driver who was always there within minutes and did everything for us to get us to the slopes and back, Bianca on reception - organising anything in minutes and Davide and Joseph on the bar - great cocktails! We will be back!!

We spent some days in this hotel at the beginning of january and it was really a nice stay thanks to the excellent service of all the staff from the reception to the transfer the room cleaners and the breakfast waiters. The room was quite large with a small kitchen facility very well equiped and a large bathroom with a very confortable hot tub. The view from the large Windows was breathtaking The hotel has a restaurant that we used for the breakfast which was delicious. On the contrary we where not impressed by the dinner and we preferred to use the kitchen or go outside. The only negatives for us in this hotel where the noise due to the room postion close to the restaurant and the lack of functionality of the furniture in the room and the bathroom. All the architect designed furniture components have their charm but very often are not functional. Two examples : the lighting in the room was insufficient and sometime switched off for no reason leaving us in the dark. In the bathroom there where no doors for the WC and the shower and no towel holders. In conclusion i would recommand this hotel for its superb service breathtaking view and the self cooking feature.

Struttura bellissima e immersa nel verde a pochi passi dal centro del paese. Personale gentile, preparato e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta. Il ristorante offre un menù di alta qualità e ottima materia prima. Servizio eccellente.

Ottima struttura gestita con grande professionalità ed accuratezza, ti fa sentire coccolato dal primo all'ultimo minuto. L'attenzione al cliente si concretizza anche in gesti carini inaspettati e lascia veramente soddisfatti da ogni punto di vista. Spazi curati e abbastanza di charme. Colazione di alto livello e ristorante annesso di rilievo. Si riparte a malincuore con la speranza di tornare prima possibile.

Visited the restaurant for evening meal. Staff very welcoming and attentive. Cocktails by the fire were amazing, as were the numerous snacks/nibbles offered alongside. The dining room was cosy. Food was amazing, steak and fish dishes both excellent. A truly special experience, would definitely return.

2 family ski trip over the Christmas New Year holiday. The hotel is beautiful and unique. We had a 2 BR apartment which was very spacious, had 2 fireplaces and a small kitchenette. Rooms were impeccably furnished and so thoughtfully done. The hotel feels like a castle solidly built with stone and stucco and beautiful wood trims and floors. Amazing views out the windows of the Matterhorn and surrounding mountains. The hotel is very well staffed with top quality service. So helpful and knowledgeable. They helped with travel transfers, lunch and dinner reservations and even helped us with a doctor and pharmacy. They have a ready and waiting van service which takes you wherever you need to go in town. Short walk back from town if you prefer a stroll after dinner. Breakfast was amazing with bespoke smoothies and coffees. Dinners in the hotel were wonderful with a very nice, reasonably priced wine list. Spa is super with pool, hot tubs, sauna and room to spread out. They also have a fully kitted out gym with weights and cardio. Can't wait to make a return trip.

Luxury hotel, ma di un lusso pacato, un’atmosfera calda casalinga, tutto realizzato in materiali ecosostenibili, pietra, legno. Le camere sono immense ben rifinite e complete di tutto, anche angolo cucina nascosto con lavastoviglie e microonde. Abbiamo soggiornato d’inverno mentre nevicava, l’atmosfera con il camino acceso in camera era veramente natalizia. Un lode va a tutto il personale, da quello di sala, la reception, la Spa e agli autisti delle navette, per la gentilezza e la professionalità.

Our family had the most incredible time at St. Hubertus and can't wait to come back! Their exceptional service, outstanding and beautifully-designed accommodations and spa, and spectacular location provided our best ski vacation ever. Our family has stayed in top tier accommodations all over the world and the kindness and patience of the staff, as well as their impeccable attention to detail, contributed to a stay beyond compare. We can be quite challenging to care for, with many special requests and medical needs, particularly after my youngest daughter had a ski accident and needed to have her knee immobilized. The staff arranged a smooth taxi ride to the Aosta Hospital the next morning and graciously adjusted our reservation so that we could stay a few extra days while she recovered. The excellent shuttle service with top notch drivers zipped us quickly around town, to and from the lifts and gondola, delicious restaurants and lovely ski shop, and was the cherry on top of a flawless and worry-free week with gorgeous mountain scenery, phenomenal skiing, sumptuous food, and rejuvenating spa time. Many thanks and bravo to the entire St. Hubertus team!
