The location of the resort is good and it has a huge property. The resort is not very well constructed. The staff does not understand what is required and service is quite bad. The rooms were unclean for a resort with cockroaches crawling around. Overall a bad experience for a resort and not value for money. There are many options in and around the area, explore well before you sign up for something like Sai Priya.

We stayed in room 108 one first floor for 4 days. We requested for a sea view but were told there are no such rooms. The room is very spacious with sofas and balcony. Room amenities are good. The private beach and swimming pool are well maintained. Housekeeping is a bit slow in responding for service. The greenery, parks and overall environment is refreshing. We visited the restaurant one day. It made us very disappointed as even on request of no spice and chilli aloo paratha it was not customised. We also ordered Apricot delight which was a disaster. It was at room temperature and not a pudding. The staff was also very rude. We returned it but was asked to pay for it . After a long discussion the manager removed it from the bill. But this was a very bad experience. Perhaps this is restaurant is popular among locals but if you are a tourist perhaps avoid their restaurant. There are good options available at walkable distance and even near the beach.

The location of this beachside resort is excellent, and the overall stay experience was decent. However, I was quite disappointed with the room quality and cleanliness. The rooms looked very old and poorly maintained, and the neatness was not up to the mark. The mattress provided was uncomfortable and did not seem proper for a resort stay. While the surroundings and location are good, significant improvement is needed in room maintenance and hygiene to meet guest expectations.

The resort is clean and standard level. Restaurant is decent as well. But room service is not up to the mark. We were 3 friends but everything in the room was given for 2 people, even the room itself was double bed which was difficult to share within 3 adults. Everytime we had to call for extra towel, toiletries and complimentry coffee and tea for 1 more person. They have NO SEA VIEW ROOM, only lawn view, as said by the people in reception. And lastly, they dont have water supply in early morning, which we needed at 4am To 5.30am. In conclusion, decent but average stay

This resort is very popular and located in the heart of rushikonda. The service is excellent and offers a great view of the city and surrounding areas.overlooking the Arabian Sea.the restaurant offers excellent food n dining options and the food is delicious n offers a variety of cuisines.

The best thing is closeness to beach and well kept resort. But a toom number of 666 did not go down well with familyl. Rest was gud and beautiful. Providing complimentary breakfast would be a plus point for transit guests as resort is a little outside city and A la carte costly . Swimming pool time restriction and permission everytime to be taken is little tiring. But it's a beautiful resort and pocket friendly too.
