As about the supply of all inclusive drinks, we need to stress that two all inclusive stations are available at the hotel, the restaurant station (covering drinks need for 8 ? hours daily and the pool bar, open 8:00-23:00 hrs daily, plus water refill station next to the lobby bar (which is actually intended for serving visitors, our other hotel guests, meetings, conferences ‘ people etc., an absolutely essential bar for an area signature hotel accommodating various arrangement clients and community groups). We are sad our drinks were less satisfactory to you. As stated in the description of the tour operator you have booked your holidays with, our all inclusive drinks (alcohol brands, beer, wine, soft drinks) are from local producers. We are keeping records of incidents concerning our guests’ well being and of all occurring problems and the course of action taken. So, we know there was a flooding in your bath – this problem was fixed within 24 hours. As about the lukewarm water you had instead of hot at certain time when the weather was cloudy and hot water consumption in the rooms was simultaneous, we then fired machines to induce hot water flow. Here it is needed to remind that upon arrival, when you requested a room with a walk-in shower, our front office colleague informed you that the room given was the only one available with such a bath facility. We see no record of broken handle in shower and it is sad for us to read excuses were made by our front desk ladies, who go above and beyond to serve our visitors. After inquiring info from our technician who checked, it was just a screw needing tightening for the handle. Your feedback has some blurry points not easily understood (telegraphically written), so guesses are made. So, if we are right, you mean our area is isolated and the use of a taxi service was increased. Understandably, if there are mobility issues, exploring of Samos areas is a serious concern, therefore for access to the island areas choices should differ. It is to wonder about that you did not rent a car as numerous guests do, especially at the time of season you were here, at an island of such size, which is best explored by a vehicle.
