The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff, especially the cleaning lady was incredibly nice (she also served breakfast most days). The property was nice and tucked away and I actually preferred the pool area over the beach! Breakfast was always very good too.
Location couldn’t have been better with the 2 supermercados and mini Mercado, food/dessert options, souvenir shops and the beach, all within walking distance.
Note: there were some insulation problems as well as ants and a couple lizards in the room. This can be mitigated by not leaving food out though. There is some exposed piping where bugs get in behind the toilet and sink.
That being said, that is extremely common at 3/4 places we stayed while in Costa Rica and should be known for transparency, not because it was a huge problem.

H?tel très vieillot. Les chambres sont propres mais auraient besoin d'un bon coup de rafra?chissement. Le petit-déjeuner est minimaliste. On a l'impression que cet établissement est en bout de course... pas d'ambiance, un peu tristounet. Seul avantage : est très bien situé au centre de Samara et à deux pas de la plage.

Cet h?tel a certainement connu des jours meilleurs….il y a quelques décennies ! L’usure du temps et le manque d’entretien n’ont d’égal que la médiocrité du petit-déjeuner. Sans doute, assez vite la jungle reprendra ses droits et il ne restera que les vestiges, chargés de souvenirs très mitigés, d’un lieu qui a perdu son ame. Bref, passez votre chemin….

Le seul intérêt de cet h?tel réside dans son jardin et son emplacement dans Sámara (mais d’autres ont une offre similaire). Pour le reste tout est très médiocre : l’immeuble est dans un état de vétusté peu engageant, un rafra?chissement est urgentissime. Et pas de prestation pour compenser : le petit déjeuner est très basic, dans une salle peu attrayante ; le service et le ménage sont corrects, mais le personnel peu nombreux, fait ce qu’il peut avec les moyens alloués.

Het Samara Beach Hotel heeft een geweldige ligging: op loopafstand van het strand én midden in de winkelstraat, wat het ideaal maakt voor wie graag alles dichtbij heeft. De accommodatie is wat verouderd en kan zeker een opknapbeurt gebruiken, maar de kamer was netjes en schoon, wat toch belangrijk is voor een comfortabel verblijf. Wel jammer dat er geen koelkastje op de kamer aanwezig was, wat op warme dagen een gemis is. Het ontbijt is zeer beperkt en zou wat uitgebreider mogen, zeker voor gasten die graag met een goede maaltijd aan de dag beginnen. Positief is zeker de fraai aangelegde tuin met zwembad, een fijne plek om even te ontspannen na een dag strand of winkelen. Kortom: prima locatie en vriendelijk verblijf, maar de accommodatie heeft wel wat modernisering nodig.

Dans l’ensemble cet h?tel a besoin de rénovation. Pas de pression dans la douche, la cafetière ne fonctionnait pas, et les équipements de la chambre sont désuètes . Au moins, L’air climatisée fonctionnait bien. Le jardin était agréable et la piscine. Petit déjeuner correct. Point fort: à 2 min de marche de la plage et restaurants. C’est la raison principale que nous avons réservé cet h?tel.

Premetto che mi sono fermata in questo hotel per 1 mese . Posto tranquillo, immerso nel verde,stanza con ogni confort, balcone, condizionatore,doccia ,grande.Personale efficente,sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza degli ospiti .Mega colazioni dolci e salate. Stanze pulitissime piscina accessibile sia per adulti che per bambini.Situata nel centro di Samara e a 100 metri dal mare . Insomma io lo consiglio ne vale veramente la pena .Prezzi più che giusti.Proprietario,Attilio attento e disponibile.
