We wanted to experience Diwali in the Dunes, and Sangram Desert Camp truly delivered. From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully arranged. A special mention to Gulab Singh, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — from accommodating an early check-in to organizing tours and even arranging fireworks that brought the Diwali celebrations beautifully to life. The only area that fell short was the food. Given the price point, we were expecting a more lavish, royal spread, and a few elements felt lacking. That said, the overall experience, hospitality, and festive atmosphere more than made up for it, and it remains a stay we’ll fondly remember.

This is a beautiful place. Much queiter than the other side of Sam Sam. Tent cabins were nice comfortable with attached bathroom. Food was good and evening cultural program was authentic and enjoyable. Well connected for exercursions like camel & jeep safari. Not too far from the National Desert Park. I found this base camp better than the palaces.

We were at this desert camp for one night and really enjoyed our stay. There are 11 tents spread out in an arc from the main building. The restaurant is in an adjacent structure. The tents are clean and well maintained, toilet block is clean. There is no TV and the camp has a rustic feel. Mr. Ramesh was exceptional in his service and so was Mr. Mahipal at the reception. Communication with the reception is via walkie talkie and the response is immediate. Evening cultural programme is entertaining. Food is sumptuous and they will also make to order. We enjoyed our stay.

This was one the best experiences of my life. This place is the best option if you want to explore the true beauty of desert. It was amazing to see a luxurious resort in the desert. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who visits Jaisalmer. They served pure veg food. Staff was very police and rooms were very spacious. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Thank you for the great hospitality. It was my first trip to Rajasthan. I wanted to visit desert and forts. Sangram Resort turned out to be a great choice for the same. We had an amazing time here. In the morning we went to camel safari, in the afternoon we visited forts and in the evening we sat under the sky and watched sunset. There was a small pond as well. It was very soothing sitting beside it and enjoying evening tea.

The tents were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and authentic desert stay. The camp is run under the keen observation of Gulab Singh, who is an incredibly hardworking and caring host. His dedication ensures that every guest has a memorable experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the dinner on the dunes—a beautifully arranged setup that truly made our event special. The food was delicious, giving a homely touch, which added to the warmth of the experience. The staff was extremely cooperative and hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, if you’re looking for a peaceful, well-managed, and immersive desert experience, Sangram Desert Camp is the perfect choice. Highly recommended! The tent facility was quite clean,classy and it had all the things one needs to have a comfortable stay right from fresh towels to small soap in bathroom,a nice working cooler to give comfort in the afternoon hot weather.The food quality was quite brilliant especially the paratha was the best of the quality I have had for long time now. The whole campus was buzzing with peacock and many species of birds in the morning which was added wonder to this beautifully managed desert camp.

Why you should check in to this property? I give you few reasons that stands out of competition. 1. The location - Khuri, Jaisalmer. When you want to get rid of noisy city, want to explore deserts silence, want to see milky way in night sky. 2. Warm welcome. Yes, Rajasthan is known for it but it was special @ Sangram Desert camp. Experience it! 3. Staff: people are the key asset for any organisation. Awesome staff; be it behaviour or prompt service. Chief of Staff, the owner himself made it wonderful experience. His suggestions to explore deserts and Jaisalmer is well valuable. 4. Food: being a foodie Bengali by heart from Ahmedabad, enjoyed each and every food and ended up over eating. 5. Rooms & amenities: Great. Like star hotels. Bed was really comfortable. Chilling Night experience with room heater in a tent was awesome. Special mention to its unique attached bathroom. I keep it secret for you to explore. They kept lawn and common areas maximum concrete free as raw desert, which is really nice. Like any other camps: camel safari, jeep safari and evening show of local Rajasthani folk songs. Thanks Digvijay for accompanying us for the safari. Didn’t like but seems that is becoming prominent in all the camps is the use of music system and recorded songs for Rajasthani folk songs and mixed with bollywood. Stayed here 2 nights on December 29-30, 2 families; 6 people and Coco, our Maltese pet. Thanks Diggi, for everything during our stays and you guide to explore Jaisalmer and surrounding.

It was a wonderful experience staying there. We were in a group of 45 members. Their welcome ,food quality,room decor and service everything was upto the mark. A very quiet and beautiful place to mesmerize the visitor. Definitely recommend.

We had an excellent experience at Sangram resort. It is more than what appears in the photos and website . A very serene atmosphere away from the crowds.very spacious tents also provided heaters during cold weather. They were able to accommodate needs of all the guests age ranging 8 to 80 and also allergies. Food was great with lots of varieties. Camel ride and the dunes were excellent! For guests who couldn’t climb they provided options of camel cart and Jeep . Enjoyed the evening cultural program alongside bonfire. Gulab Singh ji will work with you for any special needs. Very prompt response and communication while planning. Thank you so much Gulab Singh ji and team for a memorable stay.
