No one on site when we arrived at 2pm, stuck outside on the street for half an hour until we could reach someone for some help. Never seen or met the "owners" the whole time we were there.Water was luke warm at best. Body wash provided in the shower looked like it had been there for about 8 years, it looked absolutely feral!
Location was awesome, Room was spacious but for the rate charged, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

位置步行去学院美术馆和圣马可博物馆5分钟之内，楼下主街直接通到圣母百花大教堂，吃住游玩方便。有个厨房配餐桌挺大的。业主提供密码进出大楼和房间，在国外提前用WhatsApp联系业主拿密码。行李寄存服务挺方便的，放在大门入口休闲室，还有咖啡机。马桶可以更好点。

Located centrally ie 10mins walk to Duomo, but mattress desperately needs changing, hot water takes a while in shower to be available, and although tea bags and coffee is supplied there are no mugs.

环境：位置超好的，步行十分钟即可到达圣母百花大教堂，非常方便早起去排队。离学院美术馆也就一街之隔，附近还有超市可以买小零食。住在这就没坐过公共交通
衞生：虽然是民宿类型，但每天都有人打扫房间帮忙倒垃圾??

这个属于名宿 但交通方便 房间乾净。水压不够 洗澡水很小

Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft. Wir würden dort wieder übernachten. Gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir in wenigen Minuten am Dom waren.
