La stanza era confortevole, pulita e completa di ogni necessità (mini frigo, bollitore, TV, ecc).
Il personale molto gentile ed efficiente.
La posizione è veramente ottima e la struttura silenziosa.
Unico neo, la stanza risultava un po' buia essendo al piano terra, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con l'aggiunta di un lampadario.
Tornerò sicuramente perché è stato un soggiorno impeccabile.

El hotel está bastante viejillo. Parece más bien una casa de huéspedes.
Pero está a 5 min andando de la Torre y el desayuno es bueno.
Es complicado aparcar también, aunque está cerca de la puerta de salida de la ciudad y se puede caminar desde zonas de aparcamiento gratuito.

Petit h?tel un peu vieillot mais sympathique. En revanche ne vous fiez pas à la mention parking, il n’y en a pas et on vous propose un parking public payant -cher - et eloigné. Mais emplacement agréable près de la tour et la cathédrale et calme absolu.

Me ha encantado ir a Casa San Tommaso. Muy céntrico, muy limpio, un sitio en el que me he sentido en casa de verdad. Las recepcionistas muy atentas y amables. Me resolvieron el asunto de encontrar un taxi a las 5 de la ma?ana. Una estancia perfecta que recomendaré y a la que estoy deseando volver. Agradezco mucho la atención prestada.

We loved the old building and the quaintness of the room. The room itself was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the shower hot. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. We were able to leave our bags to wander the city. The location is very close to the leaning tower of Pisa.

A rustic and charming old hotel, close to the tower and various touristy bars/restaurants.
The room was comfortable but could do with a good clean and some refurbishment. There are some rickety parts. The same is true of the bathroom, some scruffy bits but my main issue was the shower. There was no proper base, just a drain in the floor. As a result the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor, and half the bedroom! Got my suitcase a little wet!
The breakfast was tasty enough, freshly baked pastries and a couple of nice homemade tarts I enjoyed.

Está en una ubicación perfecta. A 3 min caminando De la Torre de Pisa. Comida, limpia, personal con gratas atenciones. Volvería a hospedarme.

Lovely hotel felt really traditional but the bed was so hard! Also lack of sockets possibly because of being an older building. Very thin walls could hear next room using the bathroom! Didn’t have breakfast so can’t rate that. Was nice that it wasn’t a new build and had some character

The location is great and the greeting on arrival was very friendly and informative and booked our morning taxi.
The reason for the average score is that we stayed in a ground floor room.
The room was very dated and in desperate need of updating, also you could hear everything in the room above as I’m assuming there’s no sound proofing/insulation between the lower and upper rooms.
Other than that it was great.
