We needed a break to restore our peace of mind after a year of intense work. We truly appreciated the beauty of the surroundings and the attention to detail. At Barokal, there is a sense of harmony in every single detail: it makes you feel at ease, sleep well at night, enjoy your meals, and fully appreciate the small things and time spent with family. It is truly a space of serenity.

If you have a chance to go here, GO! This is my new favorite place to go. The service, food, wine, shop, housekeeping, donkeys, etc. are all outstanding. My friend and I are already planning our return in early June. It was that good. This is one of the 100 best hotels in the world for a lot of reasons. Go. Stay. Relax. Enjoy the food, service, cleanliness, sunrises, sunsets, cocktil class, etc. Just go and enjoy every minute. Participate in some of the activities that they offer. It's a marvelous place!!

Ubicación espectacular y servicios de un verdadero hotel de 5 estrellas. Me ha parecido excepcional y lo recomiendo para aquellas personas que le guste estar en medio de la naturaleza. Nada que envidiar los mejores hoteles de la Toscana. El servicio de masajes es excepcional.

O bom gosto, a elegancia, aliados à simplicidade e à simpatia de toda a equipa, conquistaram os nossos cora??es. Sem sombra de dúvidas, é um dos lugares mais lindos e especiais que já conhecemos. What a great property run with so much care by the incredible staff that made us feel special every moment. Our toddler was well taken care of and extremely welcome. The staff went above and beyond in their hospitality and attention to detail - the restaurant staff even knew our son’s name and Monica was so sweet in keeping him entertained. The rooms, the property, food and the biking tour were all just superlative and worth the drive from Lisbon! We would recommend to all our friends and family

We stayed at the Sao Lourenco do Barrocal in November and it was the highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived we were met with incredible concierge service to help plan our weekend and show us our incredible suite. We did a winemaking tour and class along with an olive oil making and class as well as Pilates and all three were great! I am blanking on the instructor names but each were incredibly knowledgeable and we felt spoiled each leg. The food in the restaurant was also incredible. The dinner was great, but the breakfast was equally as impressive. 10/10 would recccomend!

FIVE STAR. Book and you will not regret. Incredible property and staff. All meals very wonderfully executed and the room and grounds were vey impressive.

This is a must visit. If you are anywhere nearby, look up this property and book a visit. Countryside Inn with lovely appointments and fantastic staff! We did the bee keeping with Martin and learned so much!

Estivemos no S?o Louren?o do Barrocal e a experiência foi simplesmente incrível. Desde o primeiro momento até ao último, tudo foi irrepreensível. O espa?o é absolutamente deslumbrante, rodeado de natureza e com uma tranquilidade difícil de descrever. O servi?o é de excelência, sempre atento, próximo e com um cuidado ao detalhe que faz toda a diferen?a. Sentimo-nos genuinamente bem recebidos em todos os momentos. Foi a nossa primeira visita, mas certamente n?o será a última. Saímos com vontade de voltar e com a certeza de que é um lugar verdadeiramente especial. Recomendamos sem qualquer dúvida.
