The hotel is conveniently located to travelers, with easy access to do food trips nearby, souvenir shops and walkable to Sapa Station on way to Fansipan destination.
Selena is a very gracious staff who made our stay smooth and hassle free, she handled buying tickets for our trips to Fansipan, Cat cat Village, Moana, Glass Bridge and provided a comfy van rental service.
Food at the hotel’s resto are affordable and delicious as well. Everyone is accommodating, efficient and friendly.
We highly recommend a stay at Sapa Centre Hotel.

Hotel so near with everything, store very near, restaurant very near, and selena very nice to us, she can help you with everything you need while u in Sapa :)

The location of the hotel is in the center that’s why you won’t get lost and it is a minute walk away from the Sun Plaza. It is clean and the staffs especially Selene are very accomodating. She even gave us some tips!

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially Dua Lipa, she’s an absolute gem). Check-in and check-out were smooth. We had to change room as we booked different type of rooms for day 1 and day 2. The tranfer was smooth as we were out the whole day and the bags were moved to our new room. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast spread was good too with fresh fruits and fresh breads. Location was perfect - right smack in the center, close to the train station to Fansipan as well as meeting point for our tours. Easy to catch a taxi, near eateries. Excellent hotel to stay while in Sa Pa.

The location is great. Its nearby restaurant and some tourist spot. It just that, our room was a bit dusty everywhere but when we ask the HK to clean, they clean it tho. Overall it is still good to stay because the staff are nice.

We arrived in the morning and asked if we could take a shower to freshen up. we paid extra 880000 dong for a short time use of the room plus the buffet breakfast which was actually good for its price. They took care of our luggage after that, transferred it to the room we actually booked for the night. Their rooms are big - the short time room had 2 queen size bed while the room we used for the night was good for 4 - 1 king, 2 doubles. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the shower. It started warm but in the middle of my(and my daughter’s) shower, the water wouldn’t heat up anymore so we had to finish with a freezing cold shower. The staffs were very friendly and nice though but would help if they could, esp DuaLila but I guess, this problem of the water heater should be dealt with by the owners. Except for the water problem, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was conveniently located near the Sun Plaza and there’s every thing you need around - food, shops, massages, etc. Took a photo of the view from our morning room. we had the wall in the afternoon.

萨帕中心酒店是我住过的旅店中服务人员笑容最多,服务最热情的旅馆我本来只打算住一天,但是因为缆车临时第三天恢复正常行驶,故我临时多住了一天旅馆服务人员帮我订房间,还帮我在klook买的巴士改为延后一天回河内,真的是服务超级好!万分感谢!

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Sapa, making it very convenient to explore the area. Agribank is just in front of the hotel, so accessing VND is hassle-free. Dua Lipa, the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sapa!
