The experience was great, Mahdi the manager is a great guy and very helpful, breakfast was nice, room is very clean but I think it was newly renewed and there was some wood polish smell but that was okay for me, also I recommend asking for a room in the upper floors because the ground floor room is next to the breakfast lounge and people start coming there around 8 or 9 AM, that was already fine as I woke up already early everyday.

We stayed at this hotel yesterday and absolutely loved it! ??
The manager, Mehdi, was incredibly kind and helpful — he assisted us with everything we needed and even welcomed us with traditional Moroccan tea upon arrival, which was such a nice touch.
The hotel itself is beautiful, decorated in authentic Moroccan style, very clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and we felt completely comfortable during our stay.
Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality! We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fes. ??

I was greeted by the staff upon arriving by taxi. I love walking through the Medina, knowing that once I enter the riad, I’ll be stepping into a peaceful oasis. Saphiryad did not disappoint. Newly opened, I am amazed at how beautifully appointed, how rich the colors, and almost most importantly how comfortable the bed. The staff knew I had just disembarked from a six hour train journey, and my only goal was a hot shower. Of course, after my shower, we were able to sit and have tea together. My personal preference is definitely the family feeling of the Riad. As I’ve been traveling alone for quite a while, I enjoy the company. Fatima and I had a long conversation about life.
