Service of the restaurant staff is very poor, not served ordered item in proper timeframe. The way of talking of reception guys is worst. They are talking with customer in order form. Even if customer is very much dissatisfied and said he want GM sales mobile number to raise the complaint but they can't provide the GM sales mobile number. After an hour effort and wastage of lots of energy finally GM is coming on call and bloody he can't understand what customer is saying and how to resolve him issue. So, as a senior automobile Trainer I am very hearted with this service from Hotel Sayaji at Jamnagar. Rgds Amit Gajjar Ahmedabad

We had a pleasant stay at the Sayaji Hotel in Jamnagar. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We especially thank Yasmeen, Karan, Nasir, and Usman for their kindness, helpfulness, and attentiveness. See you soon, Jagdish and Basanti.

Bathroom are not in good condition, all taps are rusted and leakage observed
Not so good stay this time

Room was clean and good as expected. However some other days have to request cleaner to clean the floor area properly as needed to be vacuumed which was not done properly on everyday basis but was done once requested.

Clean rooms, smooth check-in and check-out. Hotel is very conveniently located. Valet parking is a great add-on as parking is hard to find in Jamnagar. Overall, highly recommend
