Property was good location, across street from beach. Unfortunately it was very plain and dated. Floor electrical outlet in middle of living room was terrible tripping hazard. Unit and complex should and could be special. Needs updating and fresh coat of paint. Also, does not have an oven. Not ideal for longer stays. Either install or add air fryer.

Wonderful area across the street from the beach. Walkable to restaurants in both directions. Fun biking area and especially biking on the beach. Nice balcony.

Bait and Switch Melting Pot What we booked was not what we received. The view of the room we booked was a second floor, inside corner with a partial ocean/pool view. The room we received was on the third floor and side of the building facing a home under construction with the associated noise that woke us early our entire stay. The HVAC system would not cool below 73 degrees with all shutters and blinds closed. We were only there for two nights but definitely not happy with the bait and switch on the room and lack of cooling for what was at least a very large condo.

We enjoyed our stay wth Sea Gate. It is very convenience to go any where from Sea Gate. We will go back there next year for sure.

I wish we could give this a “10” star rating! Everything about our stay at the Sea Gate Inn was perfect! From the location to the sweetest hospitality ever, We loved the condo and everything was so very clean ! We’ve stayed in other condos at St Simons and this one ranked as being our favorite!

This was a beautiful, well cares for property within walking distance of resturants and most importantly the beach! Would absolutely stay here again!

I will absolutely stay there again. Communication was great, condo was clean, updated and well appointed. It was also in close walking distance to two public beach access points and the beach was not crowded .

Very clean, spacious and close to everything! Highly recommend renting a golf cart. Golf cart parking was available and we never had to move our car until we left.
