We had a very enjoyable few days away as an autumn break. We were so lucky with the weather too. Seaham is in an ideal location in Weymouth and accessible for some fabulous restaurants around the Quay. Breakfast was excellent and it was so nice to have a choice, along with a full English, which included smoked salmon, kippers, or smoked haddock. Choice of fruits, cereal and yoghurt too. We had Room 5 at the top of the house, with a double aspect and it was quieter too. There is free parking outside, if you're lucky enough to find a space. They kindly saved a parking spot for us on the first day. We hope to visit Weymouth again, and we would go to Seaham. If you book directly with them, there was a small reduction.

The Seaham is a lovely guest house B & B in a great location close to all attractions. It is run by Nick and Caroline who are great hosts. The food is top quality, always hot and cooked perfectly. It only had 5 rooms but this adds to the personal feeling that you don’t get in large hotels etc. the room was clean, comfortable and cleaned every day. We liked the breakfast menu that we had to fill in for the next morning. The choices meant there was something for everyone. The place was spotless and excellent value for money. Ok, there was a bit of road traffic noise but after a day in the fresh air you were ready for bed and didn’t even notice it. Would highly recommend The Seaham to all our family, friends and anyone reading this review. Will hopefully stay again.

We had 3 days of a great b&b, first class breakfast, lovely hosts, tremendous location and a really comfortable bed in a nice room!

Really lovely experience. The hosts were really friendly and attentive. The breakfasts for the week were wonderful. Perfect situation. We wouldn't hesitate in staying there again. We had room two with a lovely view

Had a fabulous couple of days staying at The Seaham. Hosts Nick and Caroline are lovely and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Room and ensuite was lovely and clean, breakfast was also lovely. Wonderful couple of days exploring Weymouth.

Booked in at The Seaham for 4 nights this week and What a great place to stay Nick & Caroline were very welcoming hosts.. Our room was very clean and a very comfortable bed .Lovely to see a pre ordering breakfast menu with plenty of options to choose from.Breakfast was lovely fresh quality food served within a beautiful breakfast room..Walk across the road to a beautiful promenade and beach with outstanding views .5 minutes flat walk into town and the Old Harbour.We caught the train and the Station is a 5 minute walk away.Well recommended from us as we certainly will be staying again.

Nick & Caroline went out of their way to make us welcome. Excellent breakfast efficiently served just when we asked for it. well locatred. Would recommend it.

So glad we found this fantastic place. The whole guesthouse was immaculate and we felt really comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and we looked forward to this each day before heading out to explore Weymouth. The best bit about this place is undoubtedly Nick and Caroline who were such fantastic hosts. Thank you both we will certainly be returning here in the future.

What an amazing find..Nick & Caroline are the most loveliest couple, nothing is too much trouble. The Seaham is immaculate, their dedication and attention to detail certainly shows. Help with parking brilliant & the breakfast amazing !!

Just lovely Arrived 4pm Fri Rang nick he had parking space outside kindly moved his car so we could park there for free for the weekend Cute room,clean and tidy. To mornings of full English breakfast set us up for the day thank you to Caroline and nick. Lovely place looked well lovely couple Would recommend. Thank you .
