Large clean room , well appointed bathroom . Immaculately tended garden and pool area . All staff could not do enough to ensure my stay was hassle free . Food was high quality and very good value served by brilliant bar staff

Nous y avons passé qu une journée ( nous sommes partis dans la nuit): la chambre est très belle, jolie vue mer. Parasols et transats dispos sur la plage ( beaucoup de vagues). L accueil est charmant et souriant ( mais dans l ?le on n a eu que des souris partout). Le resto est agréable et les plats sont bons. Les massages sont excellents et pas chers 25€ une heure) Très bien

Lovely setting on the beach with a small lush garden and small pool. Rooms are adequate with lovely views of the sea and garden/pool. Food and drink very reasonable priced but breakfast could be more varied and you shouldn’t have to pay extra for latte. Nothing in the area to really do, but if happy to chill by pool it’s perfect. Negatives, almost every evening we had no hot water, once we asked in reception they obviously turned something on and 1/2 later we had hot water, just frustrating to have to keep asking. Some staff make it to obvious that they want a tip and do pester. Finally, they should change their tuktuk driving who is pushy, wants you to do what he wants to do and is much to familiar, which made my wife and I uncomfortable

We have just spent the most relaxing 5 days at this hotel and could not fault it . The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is tasty and well presented and the view is stunning. Nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recomend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you for a chilled out time ??

We stayed at the Sea Rock Villa in the first half of May 2025. It is a small, very nice hotel with decent, comfortable rooms. Its compact size is one of its biggest advantages. The swimming pool, beach and dining area are within seconds of your room. A clean, well-maintained garden. Hearty, beautifully served meals. Most importantly, very friendly, unobtrusive staff. I absolutely recommend also the hotel's associated tuk-tuk driver – Jaba, who turned out to be also a great and personally involved guide. He did an outstanding job showing us the real, rural Sri Lanka, using narrow village roads and getting us to places inaccessible to?regular?cars.

Had an amazing massage at the Sea Rock Villa from Mahandran. I do weigh training and very sore at all times, he was able to destress me, I was very pleased and Impressed he was very friendly. Definitely will recommend him.

I had a wonderful stay at Sea Rock Villa, Bentota. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the restaurant team who made every meal a great experience. The food was absolutely amazing, and the sea view from the villa was breathtaking. A special thanks to Tharsika, who was very kind and helpful in arranging a van for us to travel to Colombo. Such warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend Sea Rock Villa to my family and friends!

Excellent for location, amenities and friendly helpful staff. Swimming pool was all the young kids needed. Staff even made a 7-year old’s birthday special, including a bun-on-string no hands eating competition. Very good Italian dining next door plus one a bonus.

Petit écrin de verdure paradisiaque. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est au petit soin, tous comme la réception. Ne surtout pas prendre le tuk tuk de l'h?tel. Le driver ne suit pas l'adresse indiquée par écrit et il vous emmène où il a ses connaissances. Il insiste pour que vous achetiez, tout en vous suivant, même en lui disant explicitement que ce comportement est dérangeant. Il gonfle le prix dit par la réception. Très très mauvaise expérience avec lui. Comme il tra?nait toujours dans l'h?tel, j'ai écourté mon séjour.
