We enjoyed our stay, a lovely swimming pool but because of the weather we cannot enjoy the cold water.

We had the most amazing stay at Seda Nuvali. The room was super clean and service was top-notch! Prolly just need to add that there’s a dress code at the restaurant so guests can bring additional clothes. Planning to book another stay soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Seda, Nuvali. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The location was also very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

體驗很差。首先給我安排了11樓大床房，入住后房間噪音非常大，就是一般那種酒店中央空調如果開了大風量會有轟轟轟的聲音，但是我那個房間的轟鳴聲比那種空調聲音還大幾倍。我一開始以為是空調聲音，結果關了空調沒有改變。立刻打電話問酒店，我剛剛描述完噪音情況，讓他們派人來查看。結果對方立刻回説是發電機的聲音，會給我協調換房。（合著他們早就知道這個房間噪音大，那還給我派這個房間是認為客人聾了聽不到？）
大約15分鐘后（中間我還再次電話催促）才通知我給我調到6樓一個雙床房，我也接受了。把行李又挪到下面，沒有噪音了。房間是整理過的，但是隨便看一下床鋪，枕套、床單上都有黑色印記，我不知道是沒洗過，還是説洗不乾凈那種，但是我只是肉眼看，都不用説仔細檢查就已經發現這種臟污印記了。房間里的茶杯，漱口杯里也有灰那種黑點。我不是要求深度清潔，起碼客房用品表面基本的清潔乾凈要做到吧，衞生堪憂，離譜。
因為只是出差來住了兩晚，呆在酒店的時間也不多，但是這次體驗實在太差。

Very good stay in Seda! All the staff are nice and accomodating. Facilities are well-maintained. Food is great.

The place needs maintenance and upgrades of the facility. The AC and hot shower are bery good but The room was not cleaned well. Checked in here because of the proximity to the place that i need to visit or else I will not booking here. No special amenities but the price is expensive. You can find better hotels in Manila with their price. I am not sure if it was because of the holiday season but def not worth the price. The good side is the service of the staff. They are very accomodating, kind and warm.

Everything was good except for the misunderatanding about the breakfast for 2 people. They said we only paid foe one which was ridiculous considering our booking specifically said breakfast for 2.
