What a wonderful place to stay! A lovely boutique hotel where nothing is too much trouble. Amazing breakfasts every morning which can be taken up to the roof terrace, with stunning views over the harbours to Valletta and the surrounding area. Michael and Eric are fantastic hosts, who really care that their guests are having a good time, always happy to give you recommendations for trips out and places to eat. The hotel itself is beautiful, each room decorated to high standards and well thought out. All of the staff are amazing, everyone made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back!

When you read the reviews it is clear how good this place is. It is kept immaculately clean and well managed. It is great value for money, and I find it hard to think anything could come close as an overall package. It will not disappoint. Senglea is one of the 3 Cities which has fabulous restaurants but yet lovely to relax in after a day in the bustle of the major areas. We were delighted to rise each morning to a lovely breakfast which could be eaten in the breakfast room or taken upstairs on to the terrace or the roof top. We then were delighted to return each evening and sample some of the restaurants, Acqua Blu, being our favourite, and probably the closest to the Senglea Suites. Both these places made our holiday one to remember and if returning would be first on our booking list. Thank you to all the staff at both.

We loved it, Michael and Eric’s attention to detail has created a beautiful environment. The roof terrace has amazing views to have breakfast or just sit and relax after site seeing. All the staff are lovely they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and relaxed. Its placement in Senglea is great for traveling from the quieter Senglea to the busy Valletta by ferry. Valletta gets crowded when the cruise ships are in so it’s nice to be able to go back to relaxed Senglea restaurants. I’m just sorry we didn’t spend longer there.

On checking out places to stay around Valletta, Senglea Suites kept appearing with great reviews. Decided to book even though we hadn’t heard of the Senglea area. Senglea turned out to be a great area.It has lots of restaurants near the harbour. It is only a short ferry ride to Valletta. Good link to Gozo by ferry from Valletta. From our first e-mail contact with Senglea Suites , the owners couldn’t have been more helpful. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by one of the owners and shown around .Everything was just like the photos on the website. Nothing disappointed. The owners are great hosts, always available to help with travel queries and restaurant recommendations. Our room was air conditioned ,well presented, spacious and perfect for our 9 night stay. At breakfast you could choose to eat on the terrace or eat in the air conditioned breakfast room. Great selection of food available. We will definitely be returning to Senglea Suites.

Fabulous service from the hosts and all members of staff. They provided great advice for our adventures and were genuinely interested in our day. The hotel is furnished to a high standard. Lovely breakfast too. Senglea is a quiet, but interesting area. Catching the sea boat taxis over to Valletta was fun too.

Our stay at Senglea Suites was 5* from start to finish, the owners Michael and Eric were excellent hosts and we were made to feel welcome as soon as we were greeted by Michael immediately on arrival. Michael took time to advise us on places to visit and eat during our stay as did Eric who met when we went down for breakfast on our first full day there. The hotel is immaculate and the breakfast choices were excellent and all the staff took time out to talk to us during our stay and helped to make our stay at Senglea Suites a memorable experience, one which we will definitely repeat next year.

A friendly and helpful stay with Eric, Michael and staff. Senglea Suites are a wonderfully appointed place to stay. Renovated, with great taste to the highest standards. As well as looking gorgeous, the rooms are very quiet. The breakfast is a cut above and the ability to take breakfast on the roof terrace, overlooking the Grand Harbour, is a luxurious facility. We also received a number of activity recommendations, which really helped us get the most from our holiday. All in all, this was place is highly recommended

Second time staying here and it was just as good as the first! Fantastic room, super spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows. Incredible bathroom with rainfall shower. Brilliant breakfast options, eggs cooked to your liking every morning. Ideally located within the quiet neighbourhood of Senglea/Isla. Bus and ferry terminals not far away. All in all a fantastically well run establishment led by Eric & Michael. Like I said last year… I will be returning!

Senglea Suites is a little gem. The location and rooms are perfect and so much thought has gone into little touches that just made it the perfect holiday. The breakfast was wonderful with so much choice. Eric and Michael and the team are just the best hosts and really care about their guests. Thank you so much.
