Lovely resort with everything that you need! Friendly staff, good choice of food. The only downside is the overpriced shops within the resort. We have had the most amazing New Year Eve at the Diamond Hotel. Booked Luxor and Port trips through the hotel representatives who you can meet by the pool area. Fresh pizza was great!

Excellent stay, very nice personnel, great with kids. Mini disco with Tea was fun for the kids! Activities every day for the kids and family.

Quality is great, and the staff is very nice. The heated pool is a must during winter months. Entertainment is also great :D

The hotel and food is ok, and I would have given 3-4 stars if it was big for all the basics stuff missing: warm water in the showers, shampoo and conditioner on the rooms. There are sales people all over the area trying to trick you with fantasy prices on all kinds of stuff. We tried the quad ride which is located just outside the hotel area and I cannot recommend it. Event though it’s not part of the hotels service it lowers the over all impression. If you have kids above 9 it will feel too slow, too many breaks, and the staff tries to steal your money when you look away. Do not go on the quad rides! On the positive side the staff is very friendly. They really make you feel like home. There are bars and snacks available at all time, and the hotels coral reef is really great.

Everything was almost perfect. Food was tasty and not all the time the same like in some other hotels. Pools are amazing, cleanliness on high level and the entertainment amazing stuff.

15 magnifiques jours passés dans votre établissement entre amis (6 adultes). Tout était vraiment parfait, un h?tel très propre et bien entretenu (petites pensées pour les jardiniers ect). La chambre était très grande avec une literie confortable. Belle grande douche à l’italienne. C?té restauration, le buffet du restaurant principal était délicieux et très variés. Il y a aussi 2 restaurants à thèmes avec menus variés et service à table (un égyptien et un méditerranéen)- très bien aussi. Pour les repas rapides, il y a aussi plusieurs snacks (pizza minutes, hamburger,…). Cet h?tel convient aussi bien aux petits qu’aux grands! Un très grand parc aquatique, une piscine animée, une piscine pour adultes, une relax qui était chauffée à 31 degrés ….transat et matelas très confortables. Il y a aussi une belle plage aménagée, petite pataugeoire dans la mer pour les plus petits afin qu’ils puissent faire du Snorkeling et un ponton qui donne directement accès à un aquarium ! Chaque soir nous avons pris la petite navette pour aller au théatre voir le spectacle (une vrai excursion tellement les chauffeurs nous faisait rire). Sur place vous avec des magasins, des ? vrais ? pharmacies, un poste médical ! Vous ne manquerez de rien! Il y a aussi un peintre qui réalise des merveilles sur base d’une photo. Le personnel de la réception (Tarek et Mohamed) est très réactif et ils se couperont en 4 pour vous satisfaire ! Nous avons été touchés par la bienveillance, les sourires et la grande pro activité du staff pour nous contenter ! Nous garderons en mémoire le grand sourire de Mohamed au petit déjeuner et de ses blagues (tasse de café) et Ramadan au soir. Notre omelette du matin - merci Abdullah. Les bons hamburgers d’Abdou. les pates minutes de Mohamed !!! N’hésitez pas à lui demander des pates surprises. Les délicieux cocktails servi par Wagdy et Mahmoud. Merci également au chauffeur de golf car - bip bip (Ahmed et Mohmoud). Et la sécurité assurée par Hossam. Nous vous recommandons vivement cet établissement !

I really recommend staying in the sentido hotel. Beautiful family room, great beach and aquapark. It is not crowded place, a lot of sunbeds. Our Child really like kids club, painting face by Tea. Thank you!

Very nice family hotel with many amenities for children and adults. We enjoyed the aquapark, several swimming pools, beach with the snorkeling possibility. Tea from the Animation Team was doing great job in taking care of the youngest family members. A big plus for the family room where we were able to fit with three children.
