So this is a Backpackers place and while clean the place is a little run down. I do. Believe the owners try hard but maybe its past there capabilities. The room shower are very very basic and no soap. There is quite a good kitcben on. Site. I am. Surprised that they charge so. Much for the rooms. But there u go it's probably cheap for Picton. The walk from the ferry is about 15 minutes.

Nice place to stay for a cheap price. Nice kitchen with all necessary appliances.

Friendly staff and very clean. Toast and cereal for breakfast - perfect way to start a day. I loved my stay here and will come back again for longer stay before taking ferry back to North Island.

整體來説，環境不錯，有院子可以停車，但是雙人房的床實在是太小了，很擠。不過服務態度還是不錯的，建議做一些防蚊蟲，其他的酒店沒感覺這么多。

店家有些怠慢，房內連垃圾桶都沒有，后來請提供塑膠袋都罰站請求許久？！

沒有桌子，沒有洗發水。充電不方便。

フェリー乗り場やインターシティバス乗り場からは10分ほど歩くが、オーナーの方がとても優しく過ごしやすい。あと何と言っても無料の朝食。無料の朝食込みでこの値段は破格。
