Habitaciones limpias y bien equipadas. Ubicación muy buena, a menos de 10 minutos andando de la calle Laurel. Lo único malo es que cuando llegamos el portal estaba cerrado y no teníamos ningún código para abrirlo ya que el check in se hace dentro en una maquina que hay. Tuvimos que esperar a que nos abriera otra persona alojada allí porque llamamos varias veces al número de recepción que aparece y nadie lo cogió.

Habitación tipo apartamento muy amplio. Zona con muchas opciones para desayunos o comidas.
Acceso automatizado al hotel.
Recomiendo reservar parking, zona exterior exclusiva zona verde y difícil de encontrar sitio dependiendo la hora.

Localisation ?? à distance de marche des rues principales avec restaurants et attractions, mais situé dans un secteur plus tranquille. La station de train est à une dizaine de minutes à pied, idéale pour visiter les villes environnantes.
Membres de l’établissement ?? self check-in avec une machine. Pas nécessairement facile, je suggère d’envoyer à l’avance des instructions aux clients pour faciliter le processus. Un couple de personnes agées est arrivé avant nous et ont trouvé le processus d’enregistrement difficile. Ils ont d? contacter le service client pour terminer le processus. Nous n’avons vu personne au comptoir de réception durant notre séjour. Par contre, les femmes de ménage sont accommodantes si vous avez besoin de toiletterie.
Confort de la chambre ?? ?? Très grande et belle chambre, rénovée récemment. Bonne insonorisation de l’immeuble, le grand lit est confortable et les rideaux sont assez opaque. Seul point négatif, lorsque nous quittons la chambre, le thermostat se remet automatiquement à 26 degrés. La chambre est alors plus chaude que souhaitée au retour.
Inclusion ?? On retrouve le nécessaire pour cuisiner et manger dans le logement. Un ensemble est fournit avec une pastille pour le lave-vaisselle ainsi qu’une pastille pour utiliser la machine à laver, qui se trouve au sous-sol.
Note finale 5 ?? Note parfaite, logement merveilleux et bonne base pour visiter la ville ainsi que les environs.

El checkin ha sido muy dificultoso. Se hace a través de un cajero a partir de las 16.00 horas pero no tenían la habitación lista por falta de personal. Para comunicar con el hotel ha supuesto varias llamadas a diferentes números. En alguno ni sabían que el hotel tiene cajero para el checkin. Varias familias se han acumulado con el mismo problema. Mal!

Super comfy apart-hotel in Logro?o
The apartment that we stayed in was amazing. Spotless clean, super comfortable and spacious, and in a prime location in Logro?o. Parking is pricey but if your stay is short is worth it, as finding parking in Logro?o can be a challenge (we didn't have to use in the end) and if you have a roof box won't fit as it is underground parking.
The apartment we got was 2 bed and both had TVs, kitchen fully equipped with kitchen, microwave small fridge and dishwasher, with all the stuff provided as well! Kettle and coffee/tea was also there to be used. This place is also pet friendly which makes it even better.
We are definitely staying here next time we're in Logro?o. Highly recommended!

Very nice, light, spacious, clean apartment recently renovated and 5min walk from Calle Laurel. No reception - the check-in and arrival process is all explained through email and WhatsApp and you perform a self check-in to receive the room card in an electronic kiosk - but this all worked flawlessly and in case of questions etc. the response through WhatsApp or via calling was excellent. I booked parking too which is right next door and access works with the same room card.
Highly recommended for a stay in Logro?o whether it be for business or pleasure.

Sensationell! Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Der Self-Check In ist eine tolle Idee, hat bei uns leider nicht funktioniert. Aber ein Anruf und alles wurde geregelt. Toller Service. Das Apartment ist tip top - sauber, gro?zügig und modern eingerichtet. Die Fenster sind perfekt schallisoliert. Man h?rt wirklich gar nichts von drau?en. Die Klimaanlage ist extrem leise und im gesamten Apartment verfügbar. Bequeme, gro?e Betten mit unterschiedlichen Kissen zur Auswahl. Ein modernes Bad mit allem. Fazit: ganz klare Empfehlung!!!! Die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig, aber das Hotel bietet kostenpflichtig eine Parkm?glichkeit an.
