地理位置很好，开车两条街就能到乐高游乐园。入住前就收到邮件通知Wi-Fi和大门密码，并没有指定的停车位，要是能把详细的讯息一并在邮件里説会更好，这样可以避免顾客到处在停车场不停的绕圈。取门禁卡是很方便的，自助办理入住。一进门后是惊艳的，客厅非常宽敞明亮，三间房都有配一间厕所，加上客厅和厨房总共五间厕所可用。但下水管道的味道很重，可能这就是公寓的通病吧。主人房厕所是没有热水器的，整间民宿衞生状况很差，厕所到处可见的铁锈、发霉、蚂蚁、浴缸里还有污垢。床和被子质量很好但有很重的味道，应该是没洗就铺上去了，被单上还有很明显的污渍，不确定是什么污渍，很明显没洗过就铺回去。睡了一晚后发现脸上还有被蟎虫叮咬的痕迹，脚也痒痒的。饮水机有很重的铁锈味道，洗衣机里还有上位客人没清理掉的防蚊贴等的小贴纸，柜子里还有没洗过的毛巾卷在一起，味道很恶心。做饭地方很多蚂蚁，餐具也不够，只有杯和盘子，完全没有碗可用。总的来説，除了客厅还不错之外，其它的也就那样吧，入住体验感不好。

House is big and spacious. However, dustbin only 1 small provided. Can improve cleanliness especially at kitchen. Location very near to Legoland.

Good facilities, security typical of condo living. The accommodation is called "Serenity Medini" but brought me to another location if follow by Google Maps. Then i found out that its actually a building called "Medini Signature ". So i tink its best to stick w d building name instead.
The plastic cover of the mattress was still in tact. N it created unnecessary discomfort. Having a clock, basic toiletries like toothpaste n toothbrushes wld hv bn helpful if they were available.
And in the email, they should put in place precise guidelines on how to access the elevator... eg to collect access card from letter box, like a diagram/photo to show directions... to save all d hassle of asking around.
Other than all d abovementioned concerns.... d
place is huge w all 3 bedrooms have attached bathrooms. Definitely will come again if all of d stated concerns are addressed.
