地区方便，唯独近路边比较吵

Limited amenities, hard to get to. Front desk available for a limited time. Have to carry luggage upstairs without a lift.

This is my first time staying in this hotel.
Location is very convenient and there is a big food court nearby within walking distance. Parking is available but limited. The receptionist lady is very friendly and helpful.

Would highly recommend this hotel. It feels like stepping into a mini-castle with beautiful marble floors, delicate looking railings and flowers everywhere. The staff is super kind and helpful and we even extended our stay here an extra night. It’s also conveniently located 1/2 way between George Town & Batu Feringghi Beach which both we frequented several times. Rooms are beautiful and the bed SO comfortable.
For newbies to the area looking for good coffee, I’d suggest: FERRINGHI GARDEN at the beach (we’re coffee snobs ?? and this place is amazing)
Dinner: Rubin Mardini Cafe and Restaurant (incredible authentic Turkish food)

酒店衞生环境和设施都非常好！房间空间很宽敞。洗手间空间也很棒。对于自驾游来説地理位置是方便的。

Overall is great, It's have own private parking even restaurant. If the room door lock have security lock inside will be more great. The water heater is centralized, so have to manually adjust accordingly time to time.
